CHAPTER 7: Confused
MAE:"Ash, Lex and I actually dont know anything about that.We didn't even notice that she has been avoiding you."
LEX:"Yes, you should ask her yourself."
ASH:"Already did.."
MAE:"Well we don't know what to do."
LEX:"Yeah sorry."
ASH:"Oh.. no worries,okay ill go now."
Ash left with a confused mind about what's happening.
Meanwhile back at Starbucks:
LEX:"Girl , Yuna has been avoiding Ash?!"
MAE:"Yeah no way, she likes him why would she do that?"
LEX:"Uhm there has to be something"
MAE:"I know! We should ask her when we get home. You start the video call."
LEX:"Me? Okay fine."
Yuna's home, she locked herself in her bedroom.
Still confused too.
YUNA:"Oh i feel so guilty doing that to Ash, my friend. I'm sure he'll understand tho."
That night, while Yuna's thinking,Mae and Lex started a group call and that's where they asked Yuna.
Cellphone rings*
"Oh the girls called". Yuna answered
YUNA:"Oh yeah?"
MAE:"Girl we have a question."
LEX:"Yep we do."
YUNA:"Okay what is it?"
LEX:"Are you avoiding Ash?"
YUNA:"Y-yes i guess?"
MAE:"Girl,but why?!"
YUNA:"Sigh* fine I'll tell you guys."
Yuna told her friends the real reason.
LEX:"Wait what?, it's not a good reason tho."
YUNA:"I just wanna make sure."
MAE:"But didn't you said before that you like him?"
YUNA:"No I don't LIKE him, I ADMIRE his kindness."
MAE:"Yeah yeah 'Admire'."
They talked for a couple minutes before ending the call.
The next morning, AT SCHOOL:
Yuna is at her locker checking her books. When Ash saw her and came up to her.
ASH:"Y-Yuna, can you pls stop it?"
YUNA:"Oh hi, stop what?"
ASH:"This whole thing. How you're avoiding me."
YUNA:"I'm not"
ASH:"I know you do, can you pls tell me now, WHY?"
YUNA:" I JUST DONT WANT ANY DISTRACTION"
ASH:"What do you mean you don't want any distraction, I'm not distracting you before what changed?"
YUNA:"MY FEELINGS"
ASH:"Do you feel the same way? Because i do"
YUNA :" WELL NOT ANYMORE. Can you pls get out of my way? Consider this our goodbyes."
ASH:"Wait no Yuna! I-"
