CHAPTER 12: SADNESS

In Yuna's bedroom, she thought about what Jade said and looks for her bag. Inside it there's a notebook. She opened it and starts writing.

"Ash, i wonder how are you doing now. I apologize to you on whatever my mistake is. I'm sorry, i think this friendship broke because of me. I wish we could meet up, i wanna explain myself to you."

She closed the notebook and went to sleep.
The next morning:

Yuna woke up to face a breakfast in her bed.

LEX:"Did you had a great sleep?"
YUNA:"What's happening?"
MAE:"We just wanted to cook breakfast for you, because we noticed that your mind lost lately."
YUNA:"Oh yeah, haha. By the way thank you girls."

She ate her pancakes and get ready for the day.

On her way to the park, she saw Liam on the bench sitting. He seems like he's waiting for someone.

She watched her from a far, and a few minutes later. A girl came up to Liam and hugged him sweetly.

Liam saw Yuna and went straight to her.

LIAM:"Oh hello Yuna, what brings you here?"
YUNA:"I just went to get fresh air, and what are the two of you doing?"
LIAM:'Her? Oh her name i-"
GIRL:"Hello nice to meet you I'm Alia, im his-"
YUNA:"Nice to meet you too, I'm Yuna. I better get going i have something to finish."
ALIA:"Oh uhm i haven't introduced myself formally."
YUNA:'Well i already know you name, so there's nothing i need to know."
LIAM:"Okay well, bye Yuna."

Yuna started running as Liam and Alia watched her.

ALIA:"Bro what's up with her?"
LIAM:'I think she misunderstood us. She must've thought we're together.
ALIA:"What's the point?"
LIAM:"I dont know, i think she is disappointed in my actions?"
ALIA:"Why would she tho?"
LIAM:"Because we're best friends? She's worried i think."
ALIA:"Anyways why would she assumed that we're together? Ew you're ugly , you should thank me because I'm helping you to as-"
LIAM:"Shut up sis."
ALIA:"Fine brother.. Well you should talk to her."
LIAM:"Oh yeah i should, maybe this night, I'll text her."
ALIA:"Sounds- "
LIAM:'Cool , i know"
ALIA:"Just shut up, didn't you said you will treat me Starbucks?"
LIAM:"Uhm i got to go. BYE!"
ALIA:'Oh god."

LATER THAT NIGHT:
Liam decided to talk to Yuna through message;
"Hey Yuna, are you there?"
"Liam? What."
"I think you misunderstood us."
"You mean with Alia?"
"Yes, we're siblings. Nothing more."
"Oh okay, so?"
"Nothing i thought your sad."
"I'm not."
"Okay then, how about an ice cream? Will that make you happy?."
"I'm not angry because you're with a girl, i thought you'll leave me like Ash did. I don't want my best friend to leave me again."
"I will never leave you, Yuna. I promise."

Tears fall down her cheeks as she read Liam's message.

"You promise? I hope our friendship will last longer."
"I promise Yuna, I'll never leave your side. I'll forever protect you with all my heart."
"Thankyou.."

She felt relieved, but still get emotional. When Yuna and Liam met up beside the ice cream shop;
She hugged Liam hard.. He's shocked but hugged her back as Yuna cried.

"It's okay Yuna, I'll never leave you like that jerk did."
Yuna responded as her tears fall;
"I hope..."

Liam calmed Yuna down and went inside the ice cream shop. He bought ice cream for the both of them and ate it.

YUNA:"Thankyou.. Liam, i really appreciated you letting me let out my anger."
LIAM:"Of course."

After that they went home. At Yuna's bedroom;
She cried all night cursing Ash.

"How could you Ash?! How could you?! , I'm angry at you so bad , do you know that?!"

Mae and Lex heard her and tried to calm her down.
Yuna's crying while Mae tellung her to stop.
"Yuna, it's okay, don't cry."
"Yeah Yuna, we're herr for you."
"No Mae, Lex he betrayed me!"
"We know he did"
"Yes , but-"
"Enough Yuna, get some sleep, you're just tired."

It took 3 hours to calm her down. Then the next day Mae and Lex decided to walk around town with Yuna to ease her mind.

The next day;
MAE:"What do you think Yuna?"
YUNA:"The sky's gorgeous.."
LEX:"Glad you liked it ."

They walked for about an hour and decided to stop by a cafe.
On their seats someone came up to their table.
