CHAPTER 14: Another Friend

THE NEXT MORNING:
Mae and Lex apologize to Yuna for what happened that night. She accepted their apology and went to get ready for school.

At school (in their classroom):
MS.THEA:"Class we have a new student joining us today pls give him a warm welcome. Sweetie you can come in now."NEW STUDENT:"Good morning everyone!"
He said with a big smile.
NEW STUDENT:"Happy to be here, I'm Miles by the way your pretty student."
MS.THEA:"Thank you Miles, you can have your seat now. You can sit beside Lex , right there.
MILES:"Thank you Ms. Thea."
LEX:"Yuna.."
She whispered in her ears.
YUNA:"What?"
LEX:"Is he a boy or what?"
YUNA:"Shut up."

Mae joined their conversation and said;

MAE:"I think he's gay. He seems cool tho"
YUNA'"Guys , stop talking."
GIRLS:"Oops okay."

MILES:"Hey girls, what's your name?"

They introduced themselves to Miles and he then feel comfortable talking to them.

RECESS TIME:
MILES:"Hi again, can i join you girls?"
MAE:"Sure, now we have a new member into our group."
YUNA:"Hello, sit here."
MILES:'Thank you."

Time skip~
YUNA:"You're cool Miles."
MILES:"Thanks girly."
LEX:"Miles, are you-?"
MILES:"Gay. Laughs*"
MAE:"Told you girls."
YUNA:"Yeah yeah, anyways shall we go to the coffee shop? Oh maybe Miles would like to come with us."
LEX:"Yes, great idea. Do you Miles?"
MILES:"Of course, I'm so happy to be with you girls."
MAE:"Great , let's go."

Before they could walk, Yuna's phone started ringing.

YUNA:"Wait, Liam started calling me."

She answered the phone;
"Hello? Liam?"
"Hey Yuna, sorry to bother you but i wanted to ask you something."
"Yes? Sure what is it"
"Alia want to spend time with you. So i was thinking.. are you free right now?"
"Right now? Oh no my friends and i are just about to go to the coffee shop."
"Oh can you- nevermind. It's okay, maybe next time?"
"Sure next time, sorry Liam. Pls tell Alia for me that I'm busy but we'll spend time soon."
"Okay , have fun there."

Call ended*

MILES:"Who was that?"
MAE:"Her boyf-"
YUNA:"My friend, uhm Liam."
MILES:"What was that Mae?"
MAE:"Nothing."
LEX:"Anyways what's wrong?"
YUNA:"He said that Alia wanted to see and spend time with me. We actually became close."
MILES:"So.. does that mean..-?"
YUNA:"No, we're still going to the coffee shop.
ALL:"Okay "

At the coffee shop, they saw Rei again.
REI:"Hello guys."

Miles whispered to Lex*
(Who's that?)
(That's Rei, my close friend)

LEX:"Hello, seems like you're always here."
REI:"Yes, with Justine of course."
MAE:"We still haven't seen Justin's face."
YUNA:"Yeah."
MILES:"Yeah yeah, i wanna see."
MAE:"Really Miles? Well don't try to take him. Laughs*"
MILES:"Girl of course not."
REI:"Hey bro, Justin. Meet my friends."
JUSTIN:"Coming."
LEX:"His voice, so calm."

As Justin walked, with his hoodie covering his face. His head faced down and when he's in their table he looked up.

YUNA:"Wait-"
