True to his words, there he is standing by the pool.

Few girls surrounding him. As I move closer I see a tall girl wearing a black bodycon dress is lingering onto him laughing a little too loud.

"That idiot should have known who is he dealing with" she said as I reach near to them.
Everyone looks my way their laughter flattering as I stand there like a ghost.

"Your want som-" the tall girl could not complete as the devil interrupted "She is with me" he stated and everyone looked at him like he stole their kidneys.
He extends his hand for me to hold looking straight into my eyes. Without giving it much of thought I take his hand and he immediately pulls me closer to him.
His touch isn't harsh like before but it's more gentle yet firm.

As I stand next to him everyone's attention is on me and I don't like it one bit. The girls are eyeing me up from head to toe with so much disgust and hate that almost makes me run away.

"Girls, she is Katharina and my date" came his raspy voice, the minute his words register in my mind it made my head snap towards him and then at others. Shock evident on my face.

What the....

He is messing big time. Hell, no girls I not his date. Not even in dreams.

"Date" The tall girl chuckle "when did you start the dating shit, Vincenzo" she asked denial evident on her face.

"Dating is interesting Natalie, I know you know it all too well" Natalie gives him a unsure smile.
"She is new here and I want everyone to be at their best behaviors" his words more like a command and I see everyone contemplating.

He started talking to the girls about business making me wonder if these girls are his business associates. However, their business conversation was mostly in Italian and sounded somehow dark.

I feel so odd standing in the middle of strangers. He is still holding my hand firmly like I gonna run away.

My eyes wondering around to find my girls and I see Mia dancing on the dance floor shamelessly swaying her hips, Luca eyeing her up and down. A minute later Rebecca joins her on dance floor and they start dancing together flirtingly teasing their boyfriends.
My attention breaks from girls as Mr. Romano drags me somewhere along with him.

"uhh-whe-where are we going, Mr. romano" he did not bother to answer and keeps walking towards the dance floor in the open area. We reach by the dance floor and Mia smiles and runs towards me "Kat come lets dance" she urges "No-no I don't have energy I just want to go home, come on lets go" I almost plead as I can not stand being near to this hulk of a man anymore.

I step ahead to take Mia's hand for a homely feeling but he holds me back to him. I huff in annoyance "the night isn't over baby girl" I look at him pleading with eyes but he doesn't reciprocate with my emotions.

"You are hungry?" Vincenzo asks, I look at him like a dumb puppy "If I say no would you listen?" I question him knowing the answer already.

He lean forward to my face and said "no" with that he grab my wrist again and made me follow him.

In no time we were outside the house and a car comes in view. "Get in" I snap my head to him in a flash "no, why? Why why do you want me to sit in the car".

He looks at me with his cold eyes "you are hungry we are going out for a dinner Tesoro" he is taking me to dinner....without even asking me. It's not safe, yes it not safe if I go with him anywhere. I mean being in a house full of people is far better than being alone with him.

"I - i don't want to go, I want to go home let me call Mia" I rush to take my phone out the pocket but stop abruptly as he grip my arm firmly, I look at him tensed flicking my lashes "I said we are going to have dinner together, don't push it"
