Chapter two: the "accident"

(Kevin POV)
I am riding on my spare motorcycle, the wind hitting my face and rippling through my unzipped leather jacket, with a helmet on my head and a spare in the side container for Revan, after I pick her up from school.

After awhile I finally make it to Revan's school and I see her standing in front of the school, with her backpack on her shoulders. When she notices me she gives me a big smile and runs over as I park the bike.
"Hey squirt. You ready?" She nods at me excitedly as I take out the spare helmet from the container on the side of my bike and place it on her head. "It fits you well." I laugh as it slides down to her eyes and she pushes it back up on her head with a fake frown on her face, soon becoming a smile. I set her down on my bike in front of me, since she's so small she'll fit right on the seat in front of me.

I start up the black semi-scratched motorcycle and Revan turns her head to me with a look that says "Something's gonna happen, Kevin...I'm not excited anymore, please don't drive, Kevin..." I smiled at her. "Don't be scared squirt. You've ridden with me on my bike before." I gave her a reassuring look and she smiled at me. "Alright here we go." I say and put up the kick-stand and drive out of the school parking lot onto the road. After i get onto the road I just cruise down the roads, taking the turns I must. We approach an intersection and I check the approahing roads, seeing no cars, so I continue without stopping.

As we're going through the intersection, I see a navy blue car barreling down the road towards us as fast as a bullet. "Oh shit! Revan!!" The navy car hits the very back wheel of the motorcycle and I hug Revan, protecting her with me, as we fall off of the bike. My whole right side skids across the pavement until I hit the curb, and people start rushing out of their houses to the cause of the accident. I start to stand up when I feel the pain in my whole right side, down my arm, leg, and chest. "Owww...." I groan as I lay myself back down to the ground, too much pain to bear.

"KEVIN??!!" I hear coming from down the road, and I look up to see Nazz running down the sidewalk towards me, her short blonde hair hitting her face as she runs. "Kevin are you okay?! Kevin?" She kneels down next to me. "Y-Yeah, i'll be fine. Just...make sure Revan is okay, please." I say, with obvious pain in my voice. "Okay..." She replies uncertainly, and goes over to Revan as I notice that the car that had hit us, was parked on the side of the road.
  
   Good thing we're around the corner from our house.... I think to myself. "Nazz! Could you get Revan inside and fixed up?" I say as someone helps me up, and I grab the tree next to me for support. "Sure thing Kev." Amd she's gone around the corner. Now, too see who the fuck hit us.

    I limp across the street to the navy blue car, i'm almost there as the driver's door swings open and a very tall, thin but strong, man steps out of the car, wearing a red and black track suit. I process the man in about three seconds, but shake the thoughts from my head. Now isn't the time to inspect people. I say in my head, i'm just so pissed I start yelling at the man right on the spot.
"Hey, were you even paying attention to the fucking road you-"

"Well well, if it isn't Kevin Barr...." The man says in an emotionless voice with a small smirk curving up at the corners of his mouth. I look up at the man and see a gap between the two front teeth and jet black hair peeking out from the bottom of a black beanie....
