I let out a low growl as my room door slams open. I turn my head too the side, only to see Amy standing at my doorway, fully clothed at five freaking in the morning.

"Get up! Get up!" Amy yells as she grabs the sheets and rips my comforter off of me.

"What the heck! Amy! It's five in the freaking morning!" I yell at her, furious. I came here for vacation, to rest and too help Amy get through her divorce and make her move to Chicago, not to wake up at ungodly hours doing who knows what.

Amy scurries to the other side of the room, ignoring me as I keep asking questions of whats going on. She gets to the dresser and starts ripping through the clothes I had neatly put in there last night.

"Amy!" I roar at her fed up that she is ignoring me."What. Is. Going. On!"

Amy pulls a casual green tee shirt and blue jean Bermuda shorts from the dresser, along with underwear and tosses the clothes at my face.

Amy turns around and squeals. "We're going shopping!"

I give Amy a deathly glare that said 'You woke me up for shopping? At five in the morning?'

"Let me get this strait. You want to go shopping at." I pause to look at the clock on the wall. "Five fifteen?! In the morning?!"

Amy just smiled and shook her head.

"I just want to start the day early and." Amy's face fell. "I've been having dreams about him." She said in a low voice with tears in her eyes that made me freeze.

She's been having dreams about her ex-husband again. A few months ago while I was still in Chicago I got a call from a bawling Amy at three in the morning about having a dream about her ex-husband coming back home to be a family again. But Amy woke up and realized it was fake, just a dream that would never come true and decided to call me.

I let out a loud sigh, silently cursing her husband for being a a** before saying.

"I'll be ready in twenty minutes."

Amy's face brightens a bit and she gives me a full smile.

"I'll go get Cam up then." She squeals loudly causing me to groan from the sudden pain in my ears.

Amy just giggles at my actions before i register what she said and give her a confused look. Why would she bring Cam? I mean I don't have a problem with it but Cam hates shopping, especially with his mom because she shops for ours without stopping, so why?

Seeing my look she said. "I want to go with my family."

I gave her a soft look before smiling, then watched as she walked out of the room not before saying.

"This is going to be fun."

Letting out another sigh I stare at the clothes in my hands. This is going to be a long, long day.

***********

I had gotten dressed quickly after that and had met Cam down stairs who looked like he was dressed too go on a adventure. In a grey shirt, tan Bermuda shorts and his camping boots and a grey hat those fishermen wear.

I had asked what was with the outfit but he just shot me a smile and said. "This is what I always wear."

If I hadn't been suspicious about this morning with Amy's behavior and Cam's outfit, I was now. But they both seemed happy and excited so I let it go.

Now we were sitting in the Amy's silver hummer pulling up too a Walmart store.

"Out of all the places you wanted to go shopping so early in the morning you chose Walmart?" I asked genially curious and confused.

Amy answered as she parked the car in a parking space.

"Yes. I need to get some groceries before we go to the mall." She said like it was the most normal thing to do at six ten in the morning.

I nodded and missed Amy's and Cam's secretive smiles they wore on their faces,as I started to get out of the car.

Landing on the cement I let out a loud yawn and stretched as Amy and Cam got out of the car.

"Hey what do you want for dinner tonight?" Amy asked casually as she walked up to me. Out of the corner of my eye I saw Cam open up the trunk of the car.

Dismissing it as Cam left something back there, I answered.

"Whatever's good. You should make something easy for tonight. Or we can get pizza for dinner." Amy nodded just as Cam closed the back trunk.

Realization suddenly dawned on Amy's face. "Shoot! I left my purse in the car! Hold on."

I gave her a nod and a okay, as I watched as she climbed into her car.

Amy slammed her car door shut before locking the car and driving off. While I stood there with my mouth agape and Cam standing a few feet away from me by a pile of newly packed suitcases, smiling widely but also looking nervous as if he knew this was going to happen.

Before I could scream anything at Cam, a big yellow bus pulled up. With the words 'Extreme Camp: Woods Meadow' on it.
