Chapter Forty Three

~Perrie Pov ~

I don't know what the hell just went down, Liam's lost it. The thought of telling Zayn, he's going to lose it. If I don't tell him, then Liam will. I can't let that happen.

After the visit with the school nurse, Tom and I walked out onto the school grounds and ended up in his car, in the parking lot. "I'm so sorry about what happened. I don't know what Liam's problem ." I say thumbing across his bruised left cheekbone, making him wince a little.

"Don't worry about it. I have to say, Liam's got a heck of a punch. Besides its not that bad." He point to his bruised cheek.

"But it could have been much worse." I sighed. "We should be careful. Just the thought of Zayn knowing about us-"

"He's never going to find out."

"You don't know that. Did you not hear what Liam said back there? If I don't tell Zayn what I've been doing.. behind his back, then he's telling him." I said, combing my fingers through my hair in frustration.

"Hey Perr, don't listen to Liam. He's not going to tell Zayn. Don't let this 'Liam' get next to you, babe." He said, placing his hand on my thigh to calm me. "We're going to be fine."

"I don't know," I sighed. "Maybe we shouldn't be doing this-"

"Wait hey," He say.

I turned to him to see him looking directly into my eyes. "We're fine. We're going to be fine. Don't let Liam, Zayn or anyone come in between what we have."

"But Tom.. Zayn is my boyfriend-"

"He took you away from me." He say, his voice stern. "I watched you walk away and into his arms and i'm not letting that happen ever again. I screwed up before, yes, and i promise you baby, I'm not that guy anymore. I want you back."

His hand reached up and placed on my cheek, I sighed into his touch. "Please," He say, his voice almost in a whisper. "Let me prove to you, that I can love you more than him. Let me."

"You're serious," I said, staring into his eyes.

He nodded his eyes never leaving mine. "Yes, I'm serious."

He slowly started leaning in and so was I, our lips met into a sweet kiss which soon turn out into a heated make out session. I decided to ignore this voice in my head that kept telling me that this is wrong. I climbed onto his lap, not breaking the kiss. Tom responded back by pressing my body closer to his.

"I don't want to reject you," I whispered against his lips.

"I know you don't," He say, pulling me back into a this time a passionate kiss.

~Zayn Pov ~

I came out of one of the stalls, went over to one of the sinks and began washing my hands. It was still lunch period and I began to wonder where Perrie is. We have the same period, she couldn't have switched. Did she went home? I hope she's alright.. well she seemed really fine earlier. This is so unlike her. Just as I was finished washing my hands and drying them off with paper towel, that's when heard the door opened.

I turned to see a furious but breathless Liam. "What the heck's wrong with you?" I questioned.

"You're just the person I need to see," he said coming towards me. "Something's up that you need to know."

"What is it?" I asked, unsure of what's going on right now.

"You won't like it, mate. And believe when i tell you, its not good."

"Liam, what is it?" I asked again, wanting him to get on with whatever he's going to tell me.

He sighed before he spoke. "Its Perrie."

"What about her? Have you seen her? Where is she?" I began to worry.

"Just listen alright?" He ran his hand through his hair. Something I learned he does when he's nervous. "She has kept something from you all this time. You're going to probably hate me but I've just found out about this last week."

"Liam-"

"Perrie's cheating on you."

I froze right where I was. There was no emotion whats so ever. "Liam, if you're lying about this-"

"I'm not. All of this isn't a joke, she went behind your back and sneaking around with Tom. I don't know how long this been going on.. but its been awhile."

I can't believe what i'm hearing. I can not believe Perrie.. my girlfriend would do this to me after all i've done for her. I offered my heart and kindness to her and I was starting to feel like an idiot.

Wait, a minute.. all of this couldn't be true. Liam's got to be lying. Since things aren't working out between he and Danielle, he wants to take it out on my relationship with Perrie. No, i'm not letting that happen. He's not getting away with it. "This is crazy." I shook my head at his nonsense trying to move pass him, but he blocked my way.

"What you don't believe me?" He asked. "Well, fine then. Go find her. Go see for yourself, just so to prove to you i'm not lying. Otherwise, if none of this been going on, I wouldn't have come to you about this. So go." He gestured behind him to the door.

I gave Liam one last look before moving fast out the bathroom with Liam following close behind. I am never going to be able to forgive myself if this is all true.

After try calling Perrie's phone, I bust wide out the school doors to find her. The thought of her being with this new guy, Tom, who i clearly don't like, was enough to make me angry.

I stormed towards what looks like Tom's car. As i was getting nearier and nearier, I can clearly see someone's inside the vehicle. I approached the driver side and there i see right before my very eyes, my shirtless girlfriend in only a bra and a shirtless Tom making out, and she's straddling him on his lap.

So Liam wasn't lying ..he's absolutely right. I couldn't stand there watch this, they're not getting away with it. I began banging against the window, scaring the hell out of them both causing her to jump off his lap. With this anger i'm feeling, i'm surprised the window didn't break.

"OPEN THIS FUCKING DOOR!" I yelled outside the car door.

All of a sudden, Tom unlocked the door and opened his side. Just as he was about to plead, I pulled him out of his car and dragged him away from his car and was beating him senseless. Perrie started yelling for me to stop but I didn't, I kicked him in the stomach over and over, and everywhere else until i was being pulled away from him.

I turned around only to come face to face with my girlfriend, who I come to truly hate. "Zayn that's enough!"

"You cheated on me?!" I yelled at her. "With this asshole?"

"Let me explain-"

"Explain what?! Huh, Perrie?! Explain what to me? Nothing! You want to know why?" I stared down at her.

It looked like she already knew what was about to go down and began to shake her head. "No, no Zayn.. please don't-"

"Its over. You can have him." I said finally, before taking a last look at them both and about to walk off. That is until I being pulled back.

"No Zayn don't. Don't walk away. Don't you dare break up with me." She held me a cold glare.

I slowly inched towards her, towering over her small frame. I held her gaze one final time before I replied and soon walked off.

"I already did."
