POV:
kinsley eyes fluttered open when she heard her bedroom door open. "happy birthday to you! happy birthday to you! happy birthday dear kinnnn! happy birthday to youuuu!" kamala and doug sung causing her to smile. kamala did as she always did! made her babygirl chocolate chip pancakes with whip cream and strawberries topped with some candles. "make a wish, babygirl!" doug smiled. kinsley closed her eyes for a moment before blowing out her candles. "yayyyy!" the all cheered. "thank you momma, dad, and dash!" kinsley smiled. "your welcome, baby!" kamala smiled. "also!! someone's 6 months old today!" kinsley tickled her little brother causing him to giggle. "times flying..." doug said. kamala had a pout on her face. "what's wrong, babe?" doug asked her. "nothing, it's all going by so fast!" she said. dash stuck his fingers in the whip cream on top of kinsley's pancakes. "mmm!" he hummed softly. they laughed at him. "you silly boy! you like the whip cream?" kamala smiled. "maammm!" dash babbled, chewing on his fingers. he's getting so close to saying his first word. "your getting sooooo close, baby!" kamala said. "sayyy mama!" kamala said and dash laughed. "aww his laugh is so cute!" kinsley smiled.
"yeah he's got your moms laugh!" doug said. after talking for a bit doug, kamala, and dash left to go get ready! chrisette, reggie, helena, and alex are on the way in for kin's party this weekend. kinsley showered and threw on some shorts and a t-shirt heading downstairs. "there's the birthday girl!!" chrisette smiled. "hi gigi!" kinsley hugged chrisette. "twinn!!" alex hugged his godsister. kinsley side eyed him. "we can fight...these hands go by ways!" alex said. "bet that!" kinsley said. they all sat down chatting for a while before kinsley, helena, and alex went outside to talk and stuff. "you like cereal...what's your favorite cereal?" alex asked kin. "right now imma have to say fruit loops!" kinsley said. "ooo love a good fruit loop! best flavor?" alex asked. "pause what?!" kinsley looked confused. "like flavor, the color!" alex said. "that's not a thing..." she said. "colored fruit loops isn't a thing?" alex asked. "no there colored but it not related back to a flavor!" kinsley said. helena started recording. "so your saying the color is decoration?!" he asked. "yes colors for children." she responded. "so your saying the green and the purple fruit loop taste the same?" alex asked.
"yes there's no difference! so your telling that a red m&m and a brown m&m taste different?" kinsley said. "yes!" alex exclaimed. "holy shit!" kinsley shook her head. helena laughed. "the green one is sour apple!" alex said. "SKITTLES! SKITTLES! skittles have different flavors." kinsley said. "no fruit loops..." alex said. "oh my god...i'm about to hit you...your about to get struck." kinsley looked up at the ceiling, getting frustrated. "if it's not different flavor then why are there different colors. "for excitement so your not eating a box of yellow circles, dumbass!" kinsley went off.
