How do you deal with emotional triggers? Sometimes the smallest things can trigger emotions that we thought, we had gotten over. It can be a song, or songs, a movie, certain foods, even the slightest smell can evoke deeply buried emotions. You can cry and rip off the scab of pain, or you can smile and cherish the good. Too many times we only concentrate or relive the pain and hurt. But what good does that do. Certain episodes of life will never go away with time nor any amount of healing. That's just the way life is. Life is going to keep on lifeing.
