"Where were you, chiya?" my mother asks me, in between all this I forgot about her.
"Sorry maa, I spent the night with Ishi"
"Oh okay, but you should've had us informed, we were so worried."
"Yeah," I say while going inside my room without another word.
The ride from Ishana's apartment to my house was completely silent, no one followed me I mean that's what I think and no, not a single word from Abhimaan. Even my parents didn't say a single thing about him which makes me more and more anxious.
I enter my room, lock the windows and any passage through which that motherfucker might enter and go inside the washroom to freshen myself up.
I do my self-care routine, wear my bathrobe and leave the bathroom.
As I was about to enter my closet, two arms wrapped around my waist, and I froze. No sound came from my mouth because I knew I was caught, and no mercy would work.
"Abhi," I say, my voice sounding so breathless
As I stand frozen, the arms around my waist tighten. I try to struggle, but they hold firm. "Abhi" I repeat, my voice barely above a whisper. The arms loosen slightly, and I feel a warm breath on the back of my neck. "Shh, I'm not going to hurt you," a low, husky voice whispers. I try to turn around, but the arms hold me in place.
"Shh," he says, his eyes locked on mine, his touch sending shivers down my spine. "You shouldn't have run, Rani sa. Now, I'll make you mine."
I try to speak, but his fingers silence me. His gaze intensifies, and I feel trapped, unable to look away.
"Abhi, please," I whisper, my voice barely audible.
He leans in, his breath caressing my ear. "You should have stayed hidden, Cherry. Now, I'll never let you go."
"You caused me a lot of trouble you know?"
I push against his chest but the more I push the more he pulls me against him "You cannot get rid of me rani sa you're bound to me forever"
I struggle, trying to break free, but Abhi's grip only tightens. His words send shivers down my spine. "Forever?" I repeat, my voice trembling.
Abhi's eyes burn with intensity. "Yes. You're mine. Now and always."
I try to speak, but his lips crash against mine, silencing me. The kiss is fierce and possessive.
As I try to push him away, a faint memory resurfaces - a promise made, a bond sealed.
"Abhi, stop!" I plead, breaking free.
He releases me, his chest heaving. "You can't deny it, Cherry. This bond is unbreakable."
My eyes widen as memories flood my mind. "The promise," she whispers. "You're talking about the promise we made as kids."
Abhi's gaze intensifies. "Yes. Our bond was sealed that day. We vowed to be there for each other, no matter what."
My thoughts swirl. Abhi's words stir something deep within me.
"I promised to protect you, to be here for you always, do you remember?"
He said all this but the truth was that I didn't remember a single thing.
"No"
"Doesn't matter I'm still gonna be here also you acted like a brat, Cherry, didn't you?" he said while trailing kisses down my neck his open mouth kisses adding heat between my legs, starting an ache.
