Desperate

Desperation?

There are many forms - it's not a vague emotion.

A father of complex daughters pleads for a break from their commotion.

A sort of worn-out desperation.

It could be an anticipating, grieving lover whose heart is sorrowful.

Either their mate has been in an accident - or, maybe it was purposeful.

Or rumors of affairs disperse without confirmation, and the lover must wait for their mate without being too gullible.

A desperation that's ironically hopeful.

Desperation is common.

It's simply too spread out to go unnoticed by anyone.

It's often strong enough to make people envious of someone.

Desperation: It could end satisfactorily or awfully sad.

In the end, it is such an interesting emotion to have.
