Chapter Six: Save the Drama

The Team regroup at headquarters again but notice one member is not there. "Where's Santos?" Jay asked. Santos spoken to the device and says, "I'm still at the office, I'll try and swing by soon but I have my device on at all times" Santos says. "Max" said, Nathan who appear. "Who is Max?" asked Trey. Angie appears again and says, "He was debbie's husband before she sold her soul to the devil" Everyone were so confused" Nathan took a deep breath and began to say, "Max is a history nerd, he has our first tablet and maybe others" Everyone hang on to his every word expect for Jay. "Hold on, how did you even get his name?" Heather spoke up and says, "Skylar. I walk by and saw everything" She clear her throat "but that isn't so important anyway"  Nathan gave an apology look toward Heather which she ignores. Heather uploaded all the files on Max and places them on the big screen. Jay looks at the Man again, he was older but Jay couldn't help but feel like he known him somehow, He wasn't alone Santos remember the name but couldn't pin point. Leah & Maya stare at the photo of Max. History, Max, Debbie. Santos felt like those should be a clue. "That's It!" Jay nearly scared everybody out of their seats "Max was my history teacher back in high school, He taught Santos, Myself, Leah & Maya"

"No wonder he sounded familiar isn't he the teacher that always said he's gonna retire but never did, He was always talking about tablets, angels and demons"  Santos said over the earpiece "funny  how that got thrown in our faces a few years down the line" mutter Trey. The others laugh including Nathan & Angie. Reggie turn to Nathan and ask, "so we know his name how do we find him?" Nathan looks at him and everyone else at the table. "MET or the American musuem of Natural History" Angie responded for him. "AMNH" said Jay. "That wouldn't make nothing about those things even remotely resemble a place to be in there. It ain't exactly natural" Heather looks at them, "You might wanna try again" Avery & Devon uploaded a couple of images from those two locations and says, "It seems like he was rejected by AMNH but remain in THE MET. I hack into their camera footage and audio" Maya was both impress and check that these two duo were even capible of this but says, "So MET?" The team agreed. "Only problem is" Nathan began "There's a party with a lot of people he's on the list. We gonna needed to dress in suit & ties and dresses" He looks at the girls. Angie took the girls and says, "I got the girls you can handle the boys" she took the girls shopping and Trey says, "wait so your coming with us?" Nathan agreed. "Angie as well" If there was one that everyone can agree on dressing up is not fun.

Over on the girls side, Leah & Maya were having fun trying on dresses but Heather remain rather uninterested. Angie notice Heather isn't interested and says, "Dresses not up your alley!" Heather was strangle and Angie apologize for scaring her and replied. "I'm not a fan of dresses" Angie nodded and says, "Go look for a suit if you wish, I will wait until your ready" Heather got up and decides to walk around for something for her to wear. After 3 hours in the store all 3 girls were ready and spend another few hours trying on shoes. The girls caught up with the boys at the food court in Queens Center Mall. The boys got their suits and ties as well as dress shoes from a local store. "If the event is sold out" asked Santos who arrive at the food court before everyone asked. "How exactly do you expect us to join in?" Nathan grin and says, "I got my ways I got your tickets here" He gave them all a ticket but the names didn't match them but the guest were suppose to attend. Maya was gonna ask why the names were different from theirs but Leah beat her to it. Angie gave them a folder of the people they were suppose to be and since it was a mask night their faces would be hidden among all the crowds. Each of them study them and they spotted "are you kidding me?" asked Reggie. "I'm married to River Stanton?" Jack looks at his case and notice his was River Stanton married to Jesse Stanton. "So your telling me... We are married to each other supposedly?" asked Jack horrified. "Basically" said Nathan. "Expect for Santos & Jay" Santos & Jay scoffs and they both said, "Thsnk God" Heather still wasn't feeling so confident in this and she asked, "What if we finds him. We can't exactly use our real names if we are under hidden identity" Nathan thought for a minute "what's worst we are all under masks" she added. Angie pointed to the earbuds and says, "There's a special function on these earbuds, click on it and it will signal everyone else to your location without giving anything away" Nathan looks at Angie and nodded in agreement "perfect I forgotten I place that special function for things like this" He said. Jay got up and said, "Well since we are here let's just eat something" Maya stayed behind with Heather. Heather still wasn't convince but Maya grab her hand to confront her and says, "It will be fine. We'll be fine. I'm sure each of us will carry some kind of weapon as some kind of protection" Heather looks at her and nodded. She got up leaving Nathan & Angie sitting at the table while they get food.
