His Rise To Fame (a Nash Grier story)

Chapter 9

Evelyn's P.O.V.

It has been three days since I've hung out with Nash. The last time I saw him was at the beach. I miss him. I should call him. I mean I've been texting him.
N: Hey Eve. What's up?
E: Oh nothing much. Just watching Netflix. So I was wondering if I could come over your house today.
N: Yeah that would be amazing.
E: I'm leaving right now. I will be over by 10:30.

I didn't even give Nash a chance to say goodbye because I hung, grabbed my bag and penny board and rode to Nash's house. I knocked on the door and Hayes answered.

"Hey. What's up Evelyn?" Hayes says. He welcomes me in.

"Nothing much. Nice haircut." I say.

"Thanks. By the way Nash hasn't stopped talking about you since like the first day he met you. It's kind of.." Hayes stopped because he was interrupted by Nash.

"Hayes shut up. Sorry Eve. I wouldn't listen to anything he says. You know kids and there imaginations these days." Nash says. He announces the kids very abruptly.

"So what do you want to do?" I ask.

"Well I figure that we would play XBox, watch Netflix and just hang for a change." Nash says.

"Sounds great to me." I say. We start walking upstairs when I feel a little hand pulling st my shirt.

"Are you Eve?" The little girl asked.

"Yes I am and you must be Skylynn right." She smiled and nodded.

"Come play horses with me!" She smiled and pulled at my arm.

"Nash do you mind?" I ask smiling.

"No. Go and play horses. I'll be here with Hayes." He says.

"Yay! Come on Eve!" Skylynn screams while running to her room. I walk to Nash and kiss his cheek.

"Thank you Nash. This means a lot to her and me." I tell him. Skylynn takes me to her room and she gives me a white stallion.

"Her name is Marshmallow." Skylynn says in her cute squeaky voice.

"Oh I love that name. Did you come up with that?" I ask. She nodded and giggled. We played horses for what seemed like and hour, then we played dress up, then imaginary, then cooking, and then she finished. She ran out of the room pulling me. I looked at the clock. It was 2:30! I spent 4 hours with her.

"NASH! NASH! Eve is fun. Can she stay pweeez?" She pleads. Nash sits up from the couch. He pulls her onto her lap.

"Of course she can but right now Nash needs time with your new best friend too okay." He whispered something to her and she smiled and ran away.

"She is the most precious child I hav ever been with." I say.

"Yeah she has that impression on people. So wanna go to my room and start our hangout day?" Nash asks. I nod and he takes me to his room.

"Nash. Can we watch Paper Towns. Please." I ask looking up at him.

"Yeah sure. Let me just get the popcorn first." Nash says. He leaves the room and I get every him set up. I put the pillows in the spot we both like and I get the blankets. I dim the lights and put the movie on. Nash outs the popcorn of the floor. We both sit on the bed and watch the movie. Half way through the movie I lay down and fall asleep.
