Y/n's POV :

"I will be seeing you later" Said Mihawk san as he opened the car door for me, I got out of the car, the sky was dark with some noticeable stars

The date went faster than I thought it would

"Yeah, thanks for today" I half bowed to him

"Same here, I would say I didn't except the time to pass by so quickly" He replied, his tone deep but he seemed a little embarrassed too

A light smile came over my lips

"Oh and.. " He continued, leaning on his car a bit, he is tired too huh

"Yeah?" I asked

"Do think about the offer" He said

.. The vibe suddenly got disturbed and he knew that

He let out a sigh "You can take your time on that" He replied

"Yeah I will" I nodded him an assuring nod

I started walking back when I remembered

"I left my purse" I turned back, Mihawk san opened the door for me as I leaned in to get it back

I hold onto my purse as I turned around just to find Mihawk san too close

Our lips just barely an inch away

I could feel his smokey breath and smell his Cologne

"Mihawk... San.. " I whispered, wanting to tell him to move away, however I could barely move my lips because of him being so close

I looked up to his eyes and there I saw it, the look Shanks has before claiming I am his and only his, before he claims my lips to himself

As Mihawk san leaned closer, I could hear it..

They say dogs has a very good sense of loyalty towards their owner, is it the same with Shanks?

.... The sound of my stray dog coming, I could hear it

"Y/n" He spoke, his voice harsh

The moment got interrupted as I put my hand on Mihawk san's chest to push him a little

Both of us turned to Shanks, who was standing in front of the house door

"Welcome home, Y/n" He smirked, but his eyes telling a different story
I didn't bother to reply as I began walking back inside

"Thanks for today" I muttered for the last time

While everyone was having dinner I was in the hallroom watching TV, I already had dinner while in the date so I wasn't really hungry

I saw Shanks go to the kitchen to wash his hands and come back to sit beside me

Good, that way we can have a talk

He ain't planning on opening his mouth

"Are you angry again?" I asked

"Well should I be?"

".... No"

Moments passed again, why does it feel like I am doing something wrong or cheating on Shanks with Mihawk???
Shouldn't it be the other way around??

"I mean you ran to us when you heard the car arriving right?" I sighed

"What? Now I can't even greet you?" He asked back

I narrowed my eyes, this is just gonna be another back and forth argument

"You know, just don't do that again" I warned, getting up from the sofa

"Do what?" He asked back with the same attitude as before

"𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐦𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐦𝐲 𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐞" I stated, sparing him one last glance

He also seemed to be caught offguard by that

"Does Y/n not know I love her?" Asked Shanks, laying on the ground as Buggy mix some wine and questionable beer together

"She does" Buggy assured him

"How are you so sure? I never said it directly in recent years" Asked Shanks, curious like a teenager

Buggy side eyed him "she knew you were stalking her, that's more than enough to know about her brain"

Shanks Laughed

"That part just makes this more fun" He grinned

"I am gonna go meet Luffy tomorrow, he can make me feel lively again!" Exclaimed Shanks

"Not those Brats again!" Cursed Buggy

"Shanks huh" Perona thought to herself

"Why are you taking his name now?" Asked Mihawk

Perona smirked

"He is giving you a hard time right?"

"He is just a mere bodyguard, he can't give me a hard time" He said, a bit cocky

"Hah! Your sleepless nights tells me another story!" She said

Mihawk put the tea down

"If you are making up another one of your childish ideas then just forget it" He warned her

"But for real uncle!! Let me just this once! I swear I will put that Shanks away from your and your lady's life! Far far away!!"
