A white Audi rolled in front of the gate of the house. Everyone inside was sitting on the sofa and the elders were sharing random life incidents.
"Arey fir toh inhone unpe jo chillaya hai, voh bhi Darr gaye aur mai bhi" She reminisced and everyone started laughing heavily when suddenly,
"Arey chachi ji! Chacha ji!" Rishi stood up from his seat, a bright smile adorning his lips as he saw his uncle and aunt standing on the threshold of the door. He ran towards them, touching their feet for blessings.
"Sada sukhi raho, Happy birthday beta!" they said inna unison, making him smile.
"Kaise ho beta, kitne patle ho gaye ho!" Chachi tsked, looking at him after a long time.
His chachaji, Adarsh walked towards dadaji and dadiji and touched their feet, followed by chachi ji, Prerna.
They blessed them.
"Chachi ji, chacha jii" saumya squealed from behind, rummaging forward from the small crowd and skipping towards them to take them in a warm hug.
Madhav and Aadhya stood aside, smiling at the warm reunion. Aadhya nudged on his arm and pointed towards the door.
There stood a man he has always seen with irritation.
He was carrying a few suitcases, hair messy and a black shirt which was outed. He looked around with a wide smile. Keeping the bags aside, he went to take blessings from his grandfather and grandmother.
"Aditya, kaisa hai mere bache?" Dadi ji made him stand up and kissed on his forehead.
"Ekdum badhiya hu dadiji, aur aap dono se milkar aur bhi badhiya" He grinned and looked around, finding Saumya' parents, Sulekha and Aman and Madhav's parents, Avani and Sahil, he walked towards them, taking their blessings as well.
"Kitna sanskari hai" Avani said with delightful eyes, which evoked something in Madhav.
Rishi hugged Aditya as well, and he wished him with a warm smile.
Madhav noticed saumya looking at Aditya with a mischievous grin.
"Lagta hai Hume koi bhool gaya hai" Saumya playfully popped her lower lip out.
"Arey aapko hum bhool jaye, humari itni himmat?" Aditya chuckled and pulled her into a soft hug, which got reciprocated by her.
"Kaise ho?" Saumya asked in the hug.
"Abhi tak theek tha, tuje mila isiliye ab pata nahi" He pulled away from the hug and winked, making saumya whine.
"Chup besharam" His father hit is head from behind, making him wince.
"Very good" Madhav murmured under his breathe, making Aadhya giggle.
"Itni jealousy theek nahi hai bhai" She whispered to him.
"Jealous? Mai? Chal chal" He dismissed the talk, earning a playful scoff from Aadhya.
Rishi recieved a notification and looked around, and left the house after excusing himself.
"Sulekha ji kesi hai aap?" Prerna said, walking towards Sulekha and Aman.
Sulekha happily hugged her "Mai badhiya aap bataiye"
