Chapter 17

Thea's POV:

By the time the four of us got dressed and had breakfast it was 9:30am. I sent the list I got from Henry to Davina and asked her which of these ingredients she could get without getting any suspicion on herself and she sent me a list back. I told her to gather these ingredients and stay prepared with them for when we break the connection. I made a list of the other ingredients that Davina can't get her hands on and gave the list to Jeremy, Hayley and Enzo. I also made a list of ingredients I need to free Hayley's pack from the curse and gave it to the three so they could get all the necessary ingredients at once. After getting the ingredients list they needed, the trio left to collect them while I went back to the room. 

I prepared a small circle with candles and set a New Orleans map in the middle of the circle to look for Freya. I closed my eyes and imagined Freya's face and dropped salt on the map. The salt on the map started moving to the place where Freya is resting and stopped. Once I looked up the place, I left the hotel and went there. After reaching that place, I made myself invisible and looked around to see if anyone was inside. There was no one here. I thought it would be like how they showed in 'The Originals', a bunch of crazy witches locked in here but it was just empty like an abandoned house and except for a strong powerful magic, which I assumed was Freya's, I felt nothing. Not even magic that might be cloaking something. I slowly went inside and followed Freya's powerful magic. I saw a wooden coffin, and tried to open it but it was locked. As expected, I tried to siphon the magic but nothing worked. So I closed my eyes and tried connecting with her magic or waking her magic up. I opened my eyes and tried to open the lid which worked.

 I just stood there not knowing what to do next. In the show Freya was already awake when Rebekah met her here but at the moment she is sleeping and I have no clue how to wake her up. I started pacing thinking about how I could wake her up, should I call Henrik or should I just wake her up normally like waking people up from sleep.

 "I would like to thank you but you seem busy thinking about something." A voice said aloud and I swear to god I felt my heart stop beating for a minute. 

I turned around and Freya was staring at me like she could kill me any second. 

"Hi, I am Thea Gilbert. I woke you up." I stated, having no clue how to approach her. 

"Thank you Thea Gilbert. I do want to know why you woke me up from my slumber. What are your intentions?" Freya asked amusedly.

 "I have no intention to harm you cuz I know you will kill me the second I try to harm you and I just have no intention of killing you at all. I just want to unite you with your family and want you as my ally. I know its weird an unknown girl just came up to you and woke you up and is saying she will unite you with your family, its crazy I know," I took a deep breath and realized I am rambling so I just stared at her and said " I will properly introduce myself, I am Thea Gilbert. I am a siphoner witch who can also see the lives of selected people like a seer and I saw some bits of yours and your family's lives and want to help you, in return for some of your help." 

Freya definitely was amused with my rambling, I think she sees me as a crazy girl right now but that is not important. She laughed and asked me "How can I trust you?" 

"I really have no clue cuz I didn't think I could actually wake you up, so I didn't prepare for anything like how to gain your trust, your clothes or anything. So you could just tell me what I have to do to gain your trust and I will try that." 

She definitely looked hesitant but after a while she looked at me and replied "I will give you a chance but the second you try to harm me I will kill you and everyone you love. You also said you need my help, what should I help you with?"
