Different {Upside Down Magic} Andres x reader

Night

Y/n's Pov

It was now dark outside, indicating that it was night. Everyone was asleep but me. I was wearing a grey tank top and white basketball shorts. My hair was slightly wet since I finished taking a shower. 

There were three bunk beds, one of which was Andres' and Elliot's. The second bunk bed was Pepper and Nory, while I was just by myself in one bunk bed. I mean, I can't complain since I would rather be by myself.

The bad thing was that I couldn't help but overthink, so I made the decision to snuck out into the forest and sit on a random tree branch giving me a clear and mesmerizing view of the moon and stars. I want to find out how to fix my powers without any one knowing since I might get in trouble, but at this point, I don't fucking care. That is going to be my goal this year and I am determined.

 I started to hum the song 'Unsaid Emily' from the show Julie and the phantoms. It made a strong impact to me since Luke never got to say goodbye to his mom. I could never forgive myself if that happens to me. 

It calmed me down a bit, I then picked up my hair and tired it up with my hair tie that I had on my wrist, since I was getting a little hot from the heat outside.

What I didn't realize was that Andres was following me all this time.

Andres's Pov

I noticed y/n was still up since she was staring at the window. I pretended to be asleep on my bed to not alert her as much, while still using my satchel to not keep my from flying. Not only that but because it has been awkward since I blurted out of frustration at her. 

I feel bad, but at the same time I couldn't help it. I was mad, but she didn't do anything other than ask me a simple question.

My thoughts broke away once I saw y/n get up and leave the 'dorm.' I needed to apologize to her so I got up and followed her. I knew she was in her own state of mind right now so she couldn't exactly hear my footsteps right now.

I saw y/n climb the tree and sat on a tree branch. I crouched down and hid behind a bush, I couldn't help but realize that I was admiring her looks. How perfectly her freckles are placed on her soft looking skin. How she is admiring the sky with her hazel eyes that are filled with beauty.

I don't know why I have these thoughts about her. We barely met and now I can't take my mind off of her. I need to talk to her and apologize for what I did.

Y/n's Pov

I heard someone step on a tree branch so I looked down and saw Andres. I rolled my eyes and climbed down the tree. "Why are you up? Also, why did you follow me?" I said with curiosity as I walked closer to him seeing that he was getting flustered.

"I noticed you were awake and wondered what you were doing." Andres said softly while he scratched the back of his head awkwardly. "That still doesn't give you the right to follow me." I crossed my arms and lifted one eyebrow.

"Well, the true reason why I followed you was because I wanted to apologize for how I acted earlier." He said honestly. I looked at him straight in the eyes to see if he was lying or not, but surprisingly he wasn't. 

"And why should I forgive you if it wasn't my fault that you got mad? I just asked a simple question." I said waiting for an answer. "Trust me, I know it wasn't your fault, but can you blame me? I was angry that they placed me in UDM." he exclaimed.

"Well, you don't see me whining about it." I muttered as I looked down and kicked a rock with my feet. "But I know I shouldn't have yelled at you." he finished ignoring what I said.

"Apology accepted then." I tightly smiled. "Alright" he softly smiled, "Now can he please go back to our so called 'dorm'?" he said exhausted. "Sure" I chuckled. We started to walk back and eventually fell asleep peacefully.
