𝙃𝙖𝙩𝙚 𝙖𝙩 𝙛𝙞𝙧𝙨𝙩 𝙨𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩 ☾「hyunlix」

A few hours had passed by. There was nothing more than the sounds of hands swiftly clicking across some keyboard keys. Yeonjun groaned, his body still sore from the beatdown he got from Hyunjin. He slowly opened his eyes his hands resting on the bandages that covered his head. the nurse was nearly a few feet from him clicking her keyboard away and seeming extremely concentrated in her work. She pulled her red glasses up to ensure they wouldn't fall as she continued typing on her computer. Yeonjun had risen from the bed, now sitting up and looking around to see if he was dreaming. "You're awake, " the nurse said, making her way towards Yeonjun to ensure everything was okay. He eyed her down still disorientated from what was happening. The nurse took a seat near his bed she opened his eyelids flashing a light in it. Yeonjun could begin to comprehend what was going on. "who brought me" he said to the nurse who simply stared at him silently. "it was a very handsome boy with dark hair," she said chuckling turning off her Retinoscope. He blinked twice making sure that his ears were not deceiving him. "don't move, your injuries are still pretty bad" she said pushing him back down on the bed. He groaned in silence covering his vision with his arms as he silently stared at the plain white roof. "I'll be stepping out," she said informing the patient removing her blue gloves, throwing them in the trash, and closing the gray door behind her. The only sound that was left was the sound of the door knob twisting shut and the cold AC filling up the white room.

Hyunjin walked through the halls. The school was completely empty as to be expected after the dismissal bell. He caught sight of the nurse's office slowly twisting the doorknob as quietly as possible taking into account that Yeonjun might still be resting. He scanned the room wondering if the nurse was there, the cold air immediately hitting his face "shit why is it so cold.." he lowly mumbled as he looked around for a resting redhead. He stood in front of a blue-colored curtain looking around to see if any others were closed. With his long fingers, he slowly opened them. There laid the resting redhead taking a nap. he made his way to the stool that was near Yeonjuns bed sitting down silently. Yeonjuns eyes immediately shut open startling hyunjin, causing him to cover his mouth with one hand and then groping his chest with the other. "fuck Yeonjun that scared me" he said taking in a deep breath to calm down. He remained silent kicking off the bed sheets that rested on his body sitting up, now eye to eye with hyunjin. "why are you here" he said with a mixture of confusion and annoyance. Hyunjin sighed resting his hand on his knee "I..." he said, looking to find the courage to finish his sentence "I'm sorry" he said looking the other way desperately trying to avoid eye contact. Before Yeonjun could even open his mouth to reply back to hyunjin, he continued "I'm paying for your sister's hospital bills." there was a moment of silence between the two. "what." Yeonjun said sternly.  "Kai is in jail now too" Hyunjin said making Yeonjun's jaw nearly drop to the ground. Hyunjin sighed rubbing in between his eyes with his thumb and index finger "It was my fault, I should've asked why you came after someone like Felix in the first place." The redhead glanced over at hyunjin when he said that. He didn't know what to say whether to forgive him or not. "why are you so overprotective of someone you hate anyway?" he said genuinely asking and laying back down staring at the plain roof. the dark-haired male shot him a sharp gaze, and for some reason, he couldn't seem to answer him. "do you forgive me or not" he said "To be honest you could say I was a bit jealous, you were a close friend after all" he said scoffing while letting out a chuckle. Hyunjin raised an eyebrow wondering if he heard correctly "Not in the way you think..... as a friend dude" he said continuing to chuckle. "yeah I forgive you" he said letting out a sigh of relief. 

Hyunjin felt relief. Although the guilt was still present in his heart, he'd never make it obvious that he felt incredibly guilty. "I forgot to mention but... there's a party coming up if you wanna come," Yeonjun said trying to lighten up the mood despite being bedridden. "....alright...." he replied slowly getting up from the stool. "school ended a while back so you should get up," he said taking out his phone and texting someone on it. Yeonjun glanced at him once more before getting up from the said bed noticing some dust from their previous fight. "oh what hospital is your sister in" hyunjin said taking out a cigarette from the pack. "I'll just text it to you," he said running his hand through his vibrant red hair. Hyunjin nodded, walking out the door to smoke outside the nurse's office. He pulled out his phone once more checking to see if Felix replied.

"I'm coming home late."

he scoffed at the message that was left on seen licking his plump lips in annoyance. he rolled his eyes shoving the phone back into his pocket letting out a trail of smoke from his lips.

I have incredibly bad news for all the fans who have read this story so far. Recently my phone has reached the end of its life and I practically had all of my story notes inside that phone. Now everything is gone, and I've tried to desperately recover it by going into my Samsung cloud, connecting my laptop with my phone, and even downloading the application on my laptop (I can't because the laptop isn't Samsung) because all my story plans are there from the start to how the story would end. Now I have to start from scratch and compile new story notes to give my readers the best experience when reading I'm so sorry if you haven't seen an update this week that is the reason why.... :((

I remember some story notes I've written down so don't worry my mind is actually doing something good for a change (my memory sucks...) but it will take a while to rewrite all of my story ideas and maybe rewriting them would make the story better in some way. Again apologies to you guys because you guys have to wait longer aaahh why did my phone have to go and break? (˃̣̣̥ᯅ˂̣̣̥)
