Daek Kyun, driven by desperation and greed, realized that brute force and subtle manipulation had both failed him. He needed to play a more cunning game, one that would destabilize Taehyung and Jungkook from within.

Sitting in his chambers late at night, he poured over the fragmented pieces of information he had gathered about the royal pin and its supernatural power. Legends whispered that the pin not only determined the next ruler of the world but also bound its bearer to a destiny of immense strength-or destruction. If he couldn't take the pin directly, he'd make Jungkook relinquish it willingly, or better yet, convince Taehyung to cast him aside.

The next day, Daek Kyun approached the palace garden with a carefully crafted plan. He saw Jungkook sitting quietly under a cherry blossom tree, his face serene but his eyes betraying the weariness of his recent struggles.

"Brother," Daek Kyun greeted warmly, a sharp contrast to his usual cold demeanor.

Jungkook stiffened at the sound of his voice but turned to face him. "What do you want, Daek Kyun?"

"I come in peace," Daek Kyun said with a disarming smile. "I only wish to share some truths with you-truths I fear no one else will tell you."

Jungkook narrowed his eyes but didn't dismiss him. "What truths?"

Daek Kyun sighed, feigning reluctance. "Do you know why the royal pin was given to you? Do you truly understand its purpose?"

"It's a symbol of my status as Taehyung's consort," Jungkook replied, his tone firm but uncertain.

Daek Kyun chuckled darkly. "Is that what they told you? Oh, Jungkook, you're far more naive than I thought. That pin isn't just a trinket. It's a tool, a weapon. Do you think Taehyung's family gave it to you out of love? No. They gave it to you because they see you as expendable. A mere vessel to safeguard their power."

Jungkook's breath hitched, but he forced himself to maintain composure. "You're lying."

"Am I?" Daek Kyun leaned in closer, his voice a whisper. "Ask yourself this-why has Taehyung kept you at arm's length? Why does he look at you with duty, not love? It's because he doesn't see you as a partner. He sees you as a pawn."

Jungkook stood abruptly, his hands clenched into fists. "Enough! I won't listen to this anymore."

Daek Kyun watched him leave, a sly smile spreading across his face. The seed of doubt had been planted.

That evening, Daek Kyun sought out a disreputable sorcerer rumored to have ties to ancient powers. He needed leverage to force the royal pin out of Jungkook's hands-something more than just words.

"You wish to steal the royal pin?" the sorcerer asked, his voice raspy and filled with suspicion.

"Yes," Daek Kyun replied. "And I need something that will weaken its bearer. Something that will break his spirit."

The sorcerer smirked. "There is a spell, but it comes at a cost. Are you willing to pay the price?"

"Whatever it takes," Daek Kyun said without hesitation.

The sorcerer handed him a small vial filled with a swirling, dark liquid. "This will sever the pin's connection to its bearer. But beware-such power demands balance. If the spell fails, the consequences will be dire."

Daek Kyun pocketed the vial and left, his resolve stronger than ever.

Under the cover of night, Daek Kyun slipped into Jungkook's chambers. He found the omega fast asleep, the royal pin resting on the bedside table. Carefully, he uncorked the vial and began to pour its contents over the pin.

But as the liquid touched the pin, a blinding light erupted from it, throwing Daek Kyun backward. The sound woke Jungkook, who sat up in alarm.

"Daek Kyun?" Jungkook gasped, his eyes widening as he saw the intruder and the glowing pin.

Before Daek Kyun could react, the door burst open, and Taehyung stormed in, his sword drawn. His eyes blazed with fury as he took in the scene.

"You dare?" Taehyung growled, advancing on Daek Kyun.

"The pin belongs to me!" Daek Kyun shouted, his voice desperate. "You don't understand its power! It's wasted on him!"

"It's not yours to take," Taehyung said coldly. He lunged at Daek Kyun, their blades clashing in a flurry of sparks.

The battle was fierce, but Daek Kyun was no match for Taehyung's skill and determination. In a final, desperate move, Daek Kyun reached for the pin, but as his fingers brushed it, the pin's supernatural power activated.

A surge of energy engulfed Daek Kyun, lifting him off the ground. He screamed as the power consumed him, his body writhing in agony. Then, with a blinding flash, he was gone-reduced to nothing but ash.
