Today charlotte was back at her nursery and felt a little brighter now she didn't have a chance to run into Mia. Now hopefully she could really focus and healing and making amends.

"You alright Charlotte?"
"Hey Marjorie" Charlotte smiles, "Yeah I feel a lot better" she smiles, that made Marjorie smile too. She was so worried about her friend and seeing her smile again was so warming to her. "I'm so sorry about before, I acted like a complete idiot"
"It's alright, but can I ask what was wrong?" Charlotte was feeling better, but she wasn't exactly ready to talk to anyone about Mia yet. At least not to probably her most biggest hater.

"Oh I was just going through some stuff but I shouldn't have acted that way. I'm sorry "
"It's alright. You know you can always talk to me right?"
"I know. I'm just not ready too just yet" Marjorie smiles, she understood that and honestly, she was just happy to see Charlotte again.
"Well when you are I'm here for you"
"Thank you Marjorie it means a lot"
"I'm just glad you're back to yourself" she smiles,
"Well I'm getting there"
"That's enough for me" Charlotte laughs a little.

"Hey, do you have the girls tonight?"
"No not for a few days"
"Why don't you come over, we can have a nice girls night? Little catch up?"
"Really?" Charlotte could do with a catch up with Marjorie. As a distraction sort of. But also, she missed her friend.
"Yeah of course"
"Yeah sure, that would be nice"
"Great, I'll see you tonight"
"Okay. Thanks Marjorie"
"Bye my love" Charlotte made her way to the baby room with a genuine smile on her face, something that hasn't happened for a while. Something she needed.

At the sister nursery, Mia, Reece and Autumn had met to discuss the situation with Roger. More specifically, what they were going to do about him.
"I still can't believe this" Reece shook his head,
"I see you've decided to spill all your dirty secrets Amelia" the three snap their heads towards the door where he himself stood.

"More like yours" Mia replied, attempting to keep a firm posture despite her heart racing inside her chest. Reece and Autumn did notice the sudden change in Mia's posture and they realised how much she was putting on a confident act. That frightened them too.

Autumn took one look at the man and was repulsed. Anger building in every part of her.
"We know everything father"
"How could you do that to her. To us?" Reece asked, his fist clenched.
"You won't get away with this" Autumn added,
"You don't know anything" the man took a step towards his daughter but Reece stood in between the two. "You're foolish to believe a word from her mouth!"

"Well we do believe her. And whatever you want with Winter you can forget it" Roger turns to the redhead and Mia knew she was done for. She could see it in his eyes.

"You think the truth will set you free Amelia? You don't know how wrong you are" he smirked, "You used to be so good as my little spy. Now you're just used up and worthless"
"Shut up"
"You've gone weak Amelia" he walked towards her and despite the fear she held her head higher, "Your silly little emotions are getting in my way. I told you what would happen if-"
"If you touch her I will kill you" she straightened her posture,
"You are nothing against me!" He shouted and raised his hand, however Reece grabbed it and pushed him back. Mia quickly stumbled behind the blond and stood with Autumn.
"Don't you dare touch her"
"You think you can overpower me son?" He laughs, "Foolish child. The lot of you!" The man snatches his arm from Reece's grasp and leaves the three alone again. But for how long?

Mia and Reece stood in Mia's living room after Reece drove her home,
"You okay?"
"I'm fine" she replied bluntly,
"Mia" the red head looked at him and released a shaky breath,
"What if he goes to her? Or Autumn and Winter or-"
"Relax Mia" he shushed her, "Charlotte is with Marjorie tonight. She said they are having a girls night in and Aut and Winter can handle themselves" he explained which did seem to calm Mia. At least Charlotte wasn't alone. And if anything were to happen Marjorie would call Reece.

"Are you gonna be okay tonight?"
"Yeah I'll be fine"
"You sure? I can stay if you like"
"No it's alright. I have packing to do." She smiles. At least by the morning she'll be out of here. After what happened today, Mia could really do with leaving the county.

"Oh Reece?"
"Yeah?" Mia goes to pick up an envelope from the table, and walks back over to him,
"Will you give this to Charlotte for me?" She asks. He takes the letter and nods,
"Yeah of course"
"Thank you Reecey. For everything" Mia smiled softly as the realisation hit the both of them. All these years they spent hating each other, how things could have been so different. Was this their final goodbye?

"Good luck Mia" Mia didn't want to say goodbye. She hated goodbyes. They are far too real. Since she came clean she saw a different side of Reece, the Reece that she knew as a child. They were actually getting somewhere. They were acting just as they used to. And Mia didn't want to lose him. Not after only just getting him back.

"This won't be the last you see of me Reecey. You can't get rid of me that easily" she smirks, "This isn't goodbye. Just see you later"
"See you later then" after a moment of hesitation, the blond pulled Mia  into a much needed hug for both of them before he left her alone.

Mia's flight wasn't until the afternoon but she had to leave hours earlier to be at the airport and she hadn't even managed to start packing yet. She opened up the suitcase and started to pull clothes and fold them up,
"Running away?" The sudden voice made the woman jump and spin around to her doorframe,
"What are you doing here?"
