Chapter 7

Lucifer woke up with a pounding headache. He hugged his pillow a little tighter--wait, since when did he have a pillow this big? He opened his eyes to see himself-- snuggling against Alastor?! Lucifer turned bright gold. For some reason, he didn't want to let go. He snapped out of his little daze and jumped back, only to fall off of the bed. Alastor immediately went into defense mode at the sudden thump that hit the floor. "Ow..." Lucifer said rubbing his head. Alastor calmed down. It was just Lucifer--wait. He looked around the room as he remembered what happened last night. Lucifer dragged himself off of the floor and onto the bed. "W-why are you in my bed?!" He asked confused. "Well...you got really drunk and I carried you to your room and then..." Lucifer was concerned with the sudden pause. "Then what?" Alastor looked away. "...You asked me to stay with you." Lucifer just looked at him. "And you did?" Alastor nodded his head, his face turning pink. Lucifer's face turned light gold. He only had one question. "Why?" Alastor stiffened. "I-well-" "Spit it out already!" Lucifer said. He sighed. "You asked." Lucifer just blinked at him. That was it? Because he asked? "I also might have been under the influence of alcohol." Alastor added. Suddenly, Lucifer started giggling. "What's so funny?" Alastor asked. "Oh--my--Satan...you have a tail?" Alastor looked down to see he must have taken his coat off. "Awww, the big scary radio demon has a cute fluffy tail?" Alastor's ears flattened. "I'm not cute, nor am I fluffy." He said irritated. "Oh really?" Suddenly, Lucifer lunged for his tail. Alastor doged him grabbing it, but it resulted on Lucifer landing right on top of Alastor. Alastor froze as his face was beat red. Their faces were almost touching. He could feel Lucifer's warm breath on his face. They both stared into each other's eyes. Lucifer's face suddenly turned bright gold as he pulled away. "I-I have things to do..." Lucifer suddenly rushed out of the room. Alastor blinked a few times. "What just happened?" He asked himself.
