Task Two

DAY TWO! Hopefully we can get this rolling smoothly now as we navigate through some unforeseen confusions.

First thing's first: the winner of the last task was the entry that I believed to be the most original and captivating storyline idea. The top 3 entries were by Pulchra_Aurum, @SamMariLu, and @ViolenceandSorrow

And the winning entry was...
*drumroll*
@ViolenceandSorrow !
Congratulations! Please let me know how you'd like to receive my personal review of your task. Your shoutout will be on my message board within the hour:)

For this next task, you will write a second 150+ word summary of one of your main characters. For my story, I will be writing from the POV of seven characters, so I'm choosing the one that my story starts with. You may do the same: if you have several "main characters" just choose one. For inspiration, consider talking about their looks, relationships, upbringing, aspirations, the way they act or think, etc.
The winner will be based on roughly the same premises as the first task, and will be announced on Day 3!

Once again, I have provided below an example and sneak peek into my own new story!

Medora Vaile is a striking brunette from Icarra, the Pride Sector of Carnisia, where her family values appearance, status, and a perfect reputation above all else. With her father serving in the Legion of Shadows and her mother as a Warden of the Seven, the Vaile family is highly respected for their contributions to the empire. This legacy fuels Medora's ambition to prove her worth, driving her to accomplish every success on her own terms. However, her numerous accomplishments don't stop her from flaunting them; she has an innate ability to command attention the moment she enters a room.
Her best friend, Saija Fletcher, serves as both a quiet confidant and source of insider information. Saija is Medora's personal reporter, spreading news of Medora's latest achievements while quietly adoring her. Medora thrives off this admiration, but she doesn't always know how to react when Saija puts herself down for being "second best." Though their bond is strong, Medora's own desire for validation sometimes prevents her from recognizing Saija's value beyond her role as an admirer.

What do you think of Medora?
Good luck and have fun!
