..... It's Freedom Day today. I'm feeling excited because it's exactly two weeks before my birthday. My birthday is on a Saturday, and I'm planning a small celebration. After the party, I'll be heading out on a weekend getaway with my mom, aunt Noluthando, and Smelo.

As I was getting ready, I remembered that I had volunteered to bring a fleece for the picnic. I searched my closet and found a cozy, pastel pink fleece that would be perfect for the occasion.
