Surprise!

~~~Brooke's POV~~~

I woke up to the sound of my annoying alarm clock. UGH. Then I remembered it was Friday!! WOOP WOOP! Anyway, I got up, had my breakfast then got dressed into an orange see-through shirt with a white tank-top underneath it and some dark jeans. I straightened my long brown hair and pinned up my bangs. I brushed my teeth, put on my black pumas and went outside to wait for the bus. The bus got to the school, I got organized then I went to class. I sat down and started thinking about Skyler and Reed. They were so cute together! Skyler had told me everything about the day that her and Reed got together and it was so adorable! I felt a tap on my shoulder. I turned to see Benjamin smiling at me. I smiled back as he pushed a folded piece of paper onto my desk. I opened it and it said: "Hi, wanna chat?" I wrote "Sure. About what?" I passed it to him. He passed it back and it said: "How about we describe the person we like?" "Sure. You start." "Okay, she's very beautiful, she has brown eyes and brown hair, she's funny, kind and sweet." I finished reading and whispered: "Now it's my turn." I wrote: "He has blond hair and blue eyes. He's really funny, cool, likeable and nice." I was describing Benjamin. He was the one I liked. You could even say that I loved him. I just didn't know if he felt the same. There were lots of girls in our class with brown eyes and hair so how could I know if he felt the same? I didn't have the courage to ask who he was actually talking about, so I left it at that. The hours at school rolled by FAST. Soon enough, I was sitting on my bed at home texting Skyler.

~~~Skyler's POV~~~

I was texting Brooke when I got a text from Reed.

(S-Skyler R-Reed)

R- Hey beautiful ❤

S- Hey 😊

R- Do you and Brooke wanna come to the mall with me and Ben tomorrow at 2?

S- Lemme ask her.

(I asked Brooke and she said yes)

S- She said she'll come 😄

R- Awesome! I'll see you there babe 😘

S- Bye babe ❤

TEXT CONVO OVER

~~THE NEXT DAY~Still Skyler's POV~~

I woke up to sunshine streaming through a crack in between my curtains. I stretched and looked at my clock. It was already 11:00! I had to be at the mall in three hours!! I jumped out of bed and ran to the bathroom where I took a quick shower. While my hair was drying I had some breakfast. Eggs and bacon 😃🍳 When my hair was dry, I made some waves in it and left it down. I put on some white skinny jeans and a lime green T-shirt. It was pretty warm out so i didn't need a sweater. I grabbed my white and black SnapBack and my white and black ROXY high-tops. I brushed my teeth and i had just grabbed my phone when I heard a knock at the door. I opened it to see Brooke. She was wearing a flowy purple T-shirt and some black skinny jeans. She also wore some purple Converse. We got in the car where I was greeted by her dad. We laughed and talked the whole ride there but we didn't talk about 'liking' people because her dad was there. She wasn't allowed to date yet.. So ya. We pulled up to the entrance and got out. I texted Reed that we were there and he told us to meet him in front of Lids. We walked over to Lids and I saw Reed. He wore jeans and a grey V-neck T-shirt. I walked up behind him to try to scare him. Ben saw me sneaking up behind him but I put my index finger to my mouth signalling for him to keep quiet. When I was right behind Reed, I quickly put my right hand over his mouth and my left hand into the shape of a gun, pressed up against his hip. He started freaking out! Luckily Ben started laughing so Reed knew something was up. I let go and started laughing like crazy! Reed spun to see me laughing. He, realizing it was only me, threw a fake tantrum. Going to sit on a bench all alone. I ran over to him apologizing. He had his face turned away from me so I couldn't see his facial expression. He turned his face towards mine and smiled. He tilted my chin up and kissed me, smiling into the kiss. "Are you mad at me?" I asked, using my best puppy-dog eyes. "How could I stay mad at you?" He smiled and pecked my lips. We got up off of the bench to go and see Brooke and Benjamin. "I wanna go to Campus Crew." I said. "Me too!" Brooke added. The boys said at the same time: "I wanna go to Lids." "K we'll meet you guys back here when we're done." "Okay." And with that, we went to our separate stores.

~~~Reed's POV~~~

So me and Skyler are dating now! I'm SO happy being with her. She's my everything ❤ I wanted to get her something special and now was my chance. There was a jewelry store there so I went in there with Ben behind me, looking for something for Brooke. I can tell he really likes her. Like, a lot. Anyway, I was scanning the rows of necklaces when one caught my eye. It was a silver necklace with a heart shaped pendant that said 'infinity' inside the heart. The heart had white ring stones (A/N I don't know how you spell it okay) and teal blue diamonds rimming the word 'infinity'. It was perfect. I told the cashier which one i wanted. She brought it to the cash and wrapped it in a white box with a teal blue ribbon on it. "That'll be 75$ please." I handed her the money. "Buying for someone special?" "Ya, for the girl I love." I told her with a smile. She smiled back and gave me the box. I waited at the entrance to the store for Ben. A minute or so later, he came out with a red box. I asked him to show me, which he did. It was a silver necklace with a pendant that said 'Love' but the 'O' was a heart. The 'O' was rimmed with red ring stones and one real white diamond. We left the jewelry store and went to Lids. I bought two snapbacks. One of then said 'Boyfriend' and the other said 'Girlfriend'. The cashier gave me the bag and I put the necklace in the bag. Ben bought a Miami Heat SnapBack for Brooke since it was her favourite NBA team. He also put his necklace in the Lids bag. We were done our shopping so we went to go meet the girls at Campus Crew. We saw the girls walking out of the store. Perfect timing! Skyler walked up to me and asked: "So what'd ya get?" I pulled out the 'Girlfriend SnapBack and as I put it on her head, I replied: "This." I put the 'boyfriend' one on my head. She took hers off to read it. I saw her smile and blush. She put it back on and gave me a hug. She whispered in my ear: "Thank you so much." "You're welcome" We let go of each other and Ben and I asked the girls if they like to come to dinner with us at 6:00 tonight. They both said yes. It was time for us to leave so we waved goodbye and drove home.

~~~Skyler's POV~~~

Oh my gosh Reed was soooo sweet! I picked out a dress for the date tonight. I was so excited! My dress and teal blue and black. It had a black belt with a bow under the bust and was strapless. I wore black flats with it. I left my hair down wavy and brushed my teeth. I put on some bracelets to match my dress and got in the car with my mom. You may be wondering why I never mention anything about makeup and that's because I don't wear any. I don't like wearing makeup. Weird? I've been told. Deal with it. This is how the conversation with my mom in the car went:

(S-Skyler M-Mom)

M- So I guess you were right.

S- What are you talking about?

M- The day of the meet and greet, you thought Reed might like you or something. I guess you were right.

S- Ya, I guess I was. (I said smiling to myself)

M- So, drop you off at Reed's house right?

S- Ya, he said the location is a surprise.

M- Oh fun!

S- I know! I'm so excited!

We pulled into Reed's driveway. I got out and made my way to the door. Before I had the chance to knock, Reed opened the door. I turned back to my mom who was in the car and waved goodbye to her before walking in. I said hello to Jane (Reed's mom) and Blake (Reed's little brother) before Reed pulled me upstairs to his room. He closed the door behind him and told me: "You look so beautiful." Then I felt his perfect lips connect with mine. Even though it wasn't our first kiss, I still felt sparks. He had his hands on my waist pulling me close. I was a little sad when he broke the kiss but he crashed his lips back onto mine just a second after. I heard the sound of the end of a recording of a video from an iPhone. I pulled away from Reed to see Benjamin standing in the doorway, iPhone in hand, with a satisfied smirk on his face. Ben looked up to see Reed glaring at him. Ben started running for the safety of the bathroom door's lock but didn't make it. Reed caught him since he plays soccer and runs track. Reed snatched Ben's iPhone from him and played the video. At the beginning, you heard Ben whisper: "Shit's about to go down guys." Before opening the door to Reed's bedroom. He video taped us kissing! There was a knock at the door. Ben ran to answer it as Reed deleted the video. We went downstairs to see Brooke hugging Ben. I couldn't help but say: "Awww!" Brooke looked at me and blushed. Brooke wore a black dress with big pink flowers on it. Her hair was down curly with her bangs pinned up. She looked amazing. Reed was in a tux and so was Ben. We heard the honk of a car horn coming from outside. Ben opened the front door to reveal a limo! I turned to Reed and gave him a quick hug before walking outside. Reed opened the limo door for me then followed me in. Ben did the same for Brooke. Soon enough, we were on our way to the mystery destination.
