We sang and Chris skipped backwards on the rail road. Teddy continued to sing but everyone hushed "We could fill up at the junk yard, my dad says it's a save well" Gordie said over Teddy's singing

"Not if choppers there" Vern said and i shoved him "Stop being a baby Vern" i joked and he rolled his eyes "If choppers there we'll send you in" Chris added and Vern scoffed "Haha Very funny" he said sarcastically. It was silent for a while before Vern spoke up again "Hey, i'm kinda hungry, who's got the food?" Vern asked

"Oh shit, did anyone bring anything?" Teddy groaned and we stopped walking "Not me, Haze?"

I looked at my arm and looked down "Uh.. Gordie?" he said changing the subject so no one will ask. Gordie shook his head "Well, this is great. What are we supposed to do? Eat our feet?" Teddy said dryly "D'you mean you didn't bring anything either?" Chris asked a bit angry "Oh shit, this wasn't my idea. It was Vern's idea. Why didn't you bring something?"

"What am i supposed to do? Think of everything? I brought the comb!" he defended "Guys.." i muttered "Oh great, you brought a comb. What d'you need a comb for if you don't even have any hair!" Teddy yelled "Guys stop" i said a bit louder "I brought it for you guys!" Teddy snapped

"Hush it!" I yelled and everyone looked at me surprised "Let's see how much money we got" I said and we all sat down "Hand it to me" Gordie said and we all nodded "Yeah. I got dollar two. Sixty-eight cents from Chris. Sixty cents from Teddy... Seven cents, Vern?" Gordie said disappointed "I haven't found my pennies yet" He shrugged. I chuckled and shook my head while everyone rolled there eyes. He was so determined to get his pennies back.

"Well, two-thirty-seven's not bad. Quidachioluo's is at the end of the little road that goes by the junkyard. I think we can get some stuff there" Gordie said and i nodded "Train coming" Chris said and we all got up. I went on the opposite side of the others. Teddy stayed on the tracks

I heard Vern yell "Geronimo!"

"Come on, Teddy" Chris said a bit worried. I shook my head and walked over to him "Go Teddy" i said and he shook his head "Train dodge, dig it" he said and threw his bag "Go Teddy!" i yelled. He shoved me to the other side with the guys. I stumbled and fell "Teddy!" Gordie yelled and helped me up "Get the hell off the tracks, Teddy! You wanna get yourself killed?!" Chris yelled "Just like the beach in Normandy" he said and made machine gun noises "Chris..." I muttered as the train got closer. Chris threw his bag off and ran on the tracks and pulled Teddy off.

Teddy tried to jump at Chris, But Vern stopped him. I stood in front of Chris and Gordie stopped him from behind. Vern was holding onto Teddy tightly "You're trying to kill yourself is that it?!" Chris yelled as the train passed "You.. You push down Haze... And then try to kill yourself?" Chris stuttered "I don't need no baby sitter" Teddy said and lifted his sleeping bag up "You do too... Skin it" Chris said lifting his hand. Teddy glared and started walking "Teddy man, you can dodge the next one... Skin it.." Chris said grabbing Teddy shoulders. Teddy finally gave in and did the hand shake. I looked at Gordie who huffed and we continued on our journey.
