We finally reached the junk yard after a few minuets. It was silent the hole way till we arrived there. Pretty sure everyone was comfortable by then "Hey Vern, looks like your ma's been out driving again" Gordie joked and Vern scoffed "Ah that was so funny I forgot to laugh" He said sarcastically.

I looked behind me and took a breathe, before climbing over the fence. I dusted myself off and looked around. The sun was burning my eyes so I was squinting. This kinda place reminded me of something, I just don't know what..

I looked up from the water pump and saw Haze looking around with her hands in her pockets and was walking around in a daze. I patted Gordie's back "Be right back" i said and started to walk over to her. She was only a year younger then me, making her 12. She doesn't really deserve her life at our home

When i reached her she snapped out of her thoughts "Hey.." i said walking next to her, she didn't reply "Whatcha thinking?" i asked her and she sighed "Everything i guess... Ace really shook me up" She muttered the last part "Hey.. It's okay.. I'll look after you okay?" I said putting my arm around her. She huffed and stopped walking "Chris... Why does everyone shove me around?" She asked and i looked at her confused "What do you mean?" 

"I'm always hit... or shoved down... Or cut..." She said and looked at her arm "Hey" i said sternly "Dad is this only person who hits you like that... Don't get paranoid okay?" i said but regretted it instantly because of the face she made. I get to rough when i comes to my dad "Sorry... What i mean is, no matter what no one will touch you..." i said and she smiled "There ya go" i said and we walked back to the guys

"Have you guys been watching Mickey Mouse Club lately?" Teddy asked as we sat down "Yeah" we all said in unison "I think Annette's tits are getting bigger" He added. My face got red "You think so?" Chris edged on and i groaned "Yea i think so" Teddy laughed "Yea. I think he's right. I've noticed the A and E are beginning to bend around the edges" Gordie joked and everyone laughed but me "Moving on!" i chuckled as everyone settled down "Annette's tits are great" Vern added and i shoved him "This is a really good time" He added "Yea" Chris smiled "A blast" Teddy chimed in.

We all filled our mouths with water and spit it into a can we were throwing rocks in. Teddy turned his head and spat on Vern. We all laughed "Great, spit at the fat kid. True good. What time is it, Gordie?" He asked "Uhm - It's a quarter after one." Gordie said and put his watch back in his pocket "We better go get the food. The junkyard opens at three. Chopper will be here." Vern said worriedly

"Sick balls" Chris laughed "You go. You can pick us up on the way back." Teddy laughed "I'm not going alone. We should all go." Vern said "How about Haze goes? The woman always gets the groceries" Teddy said and i glared at him "Shut up Teddy" i said and threw a rock at him "I'm staying right here" he chuckled "the odd man, i'm not going" Gordie said

"Girls call it, We'll flip for it" Chris said and Gordie everyone a coin. We all flipped and got the same "Four tails! Oh Jesus, man, that's a goocher!" Vern said and i scoffed "We don't have time for your myths Vern. Flip again" i said and we flipped, except Vern "We don't have all day Vern" Chris groaned.
