Early in the morning, Rosie awoke before Tyler and went to the bathroom to brush her teeth. As she finished, she heard him stirring. The complicated situation with Kate - her former best friend who had unexpectedly re-entered her life - weighed on her mind. They hadn't defined their new dynamic, and Rosie wasn't sure how to categorize their relationship.
Taking a deep breath, she studied her reflection, debating whether to tell Tyler about it. Finally mustering the courage, Rosie stepped out of the bathroom. She saw Tyler cradling their child and, noticing her troubled expression, he asked
"What's wrong, baby?"
She smiled at the affectionate nickname, still a novelty in their relatively new marriage. Letting out a sigh, she approached the bed and sat down, silently inviting him to join her.
He gently placed the baby in the crib and settled beside her. "I don't know how to start this, and I've been meaning to tell you since we got to the hotel," Rosie began, looking down at Tyler before meeting his gaze.
"It's okay, princess, whatever it is, just say it," Tyler responded, raising an eyebrow at her struggle to find the words. Finally, Rosie managed, "The city girl you met is the girl I told you about - the old friend who left me when I needed her most. It's Kate, the Kate." Changes.
Stunned by the revelation, Tyler could only utter a bewildered "Wow." Rosie, rising from the bed, offered a contrite apology. "I'm sorry, I should have told you sooner. I tried, but I was afraid you'd be upset." Tyler, his expression softening, reassured her.
"What? No, I wouldn't be mad. You could have just told me." He approached her
cupping her face in his hands. "I could never be mad at you," he whispered, his voice tender. A playful smirk then touched his lips. "Unless you decide to skip making that pie you always bake." Rosie playfully rolled her eyes, and the baby's infectious giggle filled the room, sparking laughter from both of them. " See even Madeleine Agreed"

hey, everybody sorry I haven't update this book in awhile I been going through a lot right now and haven't had the chance to write as much that is why this chapter is very short. I'm going to take a break from writing for a while I should come back about a couple of weeks with a new chapter.
