'Am I supposed to know you?'

Percy's POV
My mom is dead.  Paul is dead.  Annabeth.  Piper.  Hazel.  Jason.  Frank. They're all gone. Everything came rushing back to me. I kept my face an emotionless mask as I was taken from one room to another. I didn't know what was going on, but I didn't really care at this point. I was all alone. Nobody can understand my pain. I can't trust anyone. I just sat there, unmoving, for what seemed like hours. Then, two people came up to me.

(I was so tempted to leave it there, but I promised a really long chapter. On with the story!)

An hour earlier...
Tony POV
I was working on a new suit when Pepper came rushing into my lab.

"We have to go adopt him!"  I had no idea what she was talking about, so I asked.  "You remember my best friend Sally right?"  I nodded, not sure where this was going.  "She died but her son is still alive and has no place to go!"

"So you want us to adopt him?"

"Yes!  Please?"  I didn't really see why we couldn't.  Plus, it would make her happy.

"I guess we can.  Where is he?" I asked.  She ran up and hugged me before speeding off in the direction of the cars. 

(Blue cookie time skip)

We pulled up to St. Anne's Foster Care and walked in.  After we did all of the official business-y stuff that I can't be bothered to mention, a tall, dark haired woman lead us to a small room.  The only occupant of that room was a raven haired teenager in the corner.  I cleared my throat and he looked up.  "Hello, I'm Tony Stark and this is Pepper Potts," I said, totally expecting him to freak out like everyone else.  Instead, he gave me a confused look and said 6 words.

"Am I supposed to know you?"
