*Knock*

"Ari, open the door, I don't have water supply in my room," the boy banged the door loudly at 7 am in the morning with his eyes half open.

"Ari, open the door bro I can't hold on anymore..." The lad almost cried, squeezing his legs to diminish the pressure.

"Ari..." He cried, supporting himself on the door when their ground floor neighbour, the same aunty who loved these two kids, came jogging from upstairs.

"Aviral beta? Tum kab aaye?" The elderly woman questioned earning his attention.

"Oh, aunty mai kal hi aaya. Kaise ho aap?" Aviral weakly smiled at her, his puffy eyes closing to the utmost making them invisible in his swollen face as he bent to touch her feet to regard her.

"Khush raho. But Arranya to chali gyi hospital. Vo generally subha 6 baje tak nikal jaati hai. Uski morning shift hoti hai na," the woman revealed.

Avi however couldn't think a lot due to his pressure building in the bladder that his aunt noticed, giggling at the poor boy who couldn't use the restroom early in the morning.

"Thank you so much aunty, I feel much better now," Aviral plopped on the couch as he finally got to pee at their neighbours' house.

"No problem, bete. Vaise tumhare papa ab theek hai? Hume to laga tha ki tum wapis kabhi nahi aaoge ab," the lady sadly smiled, passing him a glass of water.

Aviral say straight with a small smile, taking the glass and finishing it within a gulp.

"Vaise tum wapis jaoge kya New York?" The neighbour asked, sitting in front of the young boy.

"Uh- nahi aunty. Now I'm gonna stay here only," he laughed awkwardly at her question.

"Umm, I'll go then to get ready. Thank you so much for the washr-" he got up, bowing to greet the woman but she cut him off.

"Arey beta, koi baat nahi. Tum bhi to mere bete jaise hi ho," she laughed, patting his back.

Aviral however escaped from their house hurriedly without realising it until he reached his own room that he still didn't have any water at his house.

"Oh freaking god no-" the male cried, loosely falling on the floor on his knees.

"Doctor Arranya?" a manly voice knocked on the door, his half body peeking inside. The room which is alloted to 5 interns altogether.

All the seats are aligned in a row except for the 1st one which is at the front and separately attached to the wall from all the other seats to make the room look near.

All the necks rotated to the door first, following his voice and the heads turned towards the lady on the first table next to the door. The fingers pointed at her, indicating the alien boy that she's the one he needs.

Ari lifted her brows at him, nodding to confirm that it's her.

"Senior Doctor is calling you," he informed with a smile.

Arranya got up instantly and walked out with the boy.

"Uh, by the way," she called, running to catch up with his speed.

"I'm sorry about yesterday in the elevator. My friend mistakenly pushed me when I banged my head on your bac-" but as she was explaining, the boy turned with a stern look, hands on his waist as he glared at her.
