"That's what you deserve anyway." Vansh whispers to himself, but it was heard by all.

Everyone looks at him, but he has no sense of guilt or shame for saying that which fired up Aviral. And this time he didn't stop.

Aviral takes long leaps towards Vansh and directly holds his collar with gritting teeth. "You better shut the fuck up, or I'll make sure you die right here." Avi growls at Vansh, but he doesn't move an inch.

"Avi come back. Don't do something that will backfire at us." Ari groans but Aviral goes deaf for the pleads.

"Mai tujhe bata raha hoon, Vansh. Ye jo kuch bhi tu kar raha hai na, abhi ke abhi ye sab sahi kar or dafa ho jaa yaha se, samjha? Varna tera to mai vo haal karunga jo tune socha bhi nahi hoga." Aviral roars louder at him, shaking up his collar but nothing seems to work on Vansh.

It's as if all the ungratefulness of the world has come and resided in Vansh. What's wrong with him and his attitude, none could perceive.

"Avi come back." Samar walks to hold Aviral back from him, likewise Shubh did from the other side by pulling Vansh back even though he wasn't doing anything to reply Aviral.

"I'm telling you, Vansh. Don't cross your limits. You've known Arranya before all of us, how could you do this to her after hurting her—" Aviral questions the guy but before he could complete, Vansh finally responds irritably.

"Arey so what after hurting her? So what?" Vansh screeches at Aviral who was hauled back by Samar. But his pitch gathers all the attention in a second at him as everything else falls silent when he spoke.

"So what if I hurted her? I was also a kid that time—"

"Yeah." Aviral cuts him off with a sarcastic chuckle. "A seventeen year old kid. Of course. Who couldn't distinguish between a prank and hurting someone's feelings when they're going through the loss of a loved one. You were definitely a kid. You're right, you fool." Aviral grudgingly mocks with serious expressions hut Vansh doesn't back off.

Arrogance in his tone just increasing like level of water increasing in rivers during rainy season.

"So. What? And who are you to judge me, huh?" Vansh takes a few steps towards Aviral, creating panic amongst the girls. "So. What?" and Vansh pushes Aviral with his index finger by hitting his chest.

"Oye Vansh." Samar who was still holding Aviral back responds with a glare. "We are talking to you politely so don't cross your limits." he warns.

"Politely? Holding my collar was polite?" Vansh chortles at Samar.

"It was polite. Because if I had been rude, you would be in the emergency room right now getting treated." Aviral snaps back at him and by the time, the boys are just inches apart from each other, ready to throw hands when the police inspector meddles in.

"Boys. Don't forget that we're still here and we can lock you up in right now if you fight in front of us." the inspector warns keeping his baton on Vansh's shoulder, coercing him to take a step back from Aviral.

"And miss Awasthi, don't worry. We don't need to handcuff you for an investigation. Please just come with us." the inspector requests and Arranya nods at him.

"We'll come with you too." Samar squeaks.

Arranya looks at him and smiles. "You don't need to. I'll be fine." she says reassuring her friends, but they aren't convinced when they can clearly see the situation with her old friends right now. Shubh, Janki and this Vansh. They're just going too far with this.

And if Shubh proved his loyalty to Vansh, then it's their duty to prove their loyalty towards Arranya as well, so both Samar and Anna step up.

"No Ari. Even if you'll be fine, we just saw how much hatred these guys have for you, and we can't leave you alone with them, so don't stop us. We're following you behind in Avi's car, okay? Don't worry at all. You're not alone." Anna boldly states, more like warning ordering Arranya, giving her goosebumps seeing such serenity from her friends for herself.
