Izuku and I had made our way into the building with him leading us in through a window in the back of the building in order to give us surprise, though, there was no lighting and made it hard to navigate the hallways

Draken: I look around "We're in, and no signs of Ida, or Bakugo."

Izuku: nods as he waves for Draken to follow "Be careful, there are blind spots." The two of them traverse the hallways with Draken watching ahead while Izuku peeked over corners as we travelled through

Draken: I watched our back and front 'If Ida, or Bakugo show up, I should have enough energy to keep us protected...but I've never fought anyone before, who knows how an explosion, or engine powered kick would fade against my scales...' I kept following beside izuku

Izuku: he stops "Corner." He peeks over, before waving his hand as they turn right down the hallway, Izuku seemed deep in thought, before he gasped, looking up to see Bakugo fly out from around the corner

Draken: in that moment, my body moved on its own as my scales formed up my arms "Izuku!" I jumped infront of him, taking the explosion which sent us both flying back as the hallway filled with dust and smoke

Izuku: the flames of the explosion tore part of his mask off, he looks at Draken who sat up with burns and scrapes "Draken, are you okay?"

Draken: I nod, a rush of pain mixed with adrenaline filling my body "I'm fine. He blasted my scales off with a single shot." We both got to our feet, I look to him "What about you?"

Izuku: his face is now serious "Thanks to you, it's just my mask." They both stare at the veil of smoke and dust

Bakugo: using his arm, he waves the veil away and speaks with a scowl "What's the matter, Deku? Too afraid to stand and fight me, or are you gonna let the lizard be you shield?" Draken glared beneath his mask

Izuku: frowning, he speaks back in defiance "I knew you'd come at me first, I figured you'd try to catch me by surprise." He stands up fully "Thankfully, Draken saw you in time."

Draken: I stood hunched over 'One blast was enough to remove my first set with ease...I overestimated myself and got cocky, why'd I throw myself in front of it?' I frowned beneath the mask

Third Pov
Monitoring room

Mineta: all their classmates and All Might stood in the monitoring room as he spoke out in awe "He almost got the jump on them!"

Kirishima: punches his palm with a frown "Sneak attack, Bakugo? What kind of man pulls cheap crap like that?!"

All Might: smiling as always "It's a viable strategy, he's playing the part, acting like a true villain would." He stood with his arms folded
