The ocean breeze filled the air as the hot sun glistened on the soft sand. Antonio had found a beautiful beach house that was surrounded by the water with great privacy.
Collette sighed taking in the beautiful view before feeling a gentle tender kiss on her lips from Tony.
"Lemme get your bags, you can go in and do a little tour while I call the restaurant for a reservation tonight" he kissed her again
"Okay look at you event planner" she laughed and so did Antonio
"I'm making sure our itinerary is ready for the trip, like when I get back we can do whatever you want baby" he smiled pulling out his phone to call the restaurant.
Collette watched his back as he walked away admiring how loving and caring he was and how only he could make her feel like the only girl in the world without doing too much, it's a trait she loves about Antonio his attention to detail and the way he makes her feel safe without doing the most.
She turned on her heels admiring the beautiful interior of the house and the views by each and every window. The master bedroom had white rose petals on the bed that made a heart and had the initials A and C. On the side table was a bucket of ice, a bottle of champagne, 2 glasses and a note with Antonio's handwriting she opened and it read.
"I know you're probably confused right now but I'm not coming back to that house"
Collette's smile dropped but she kept reading.
"I know for a fact whatever smile you had had dropped and you're probably rolling your eyes at me but I wanted to send you on a goose chase to find me"
"Antonio be so fucking serious"
"I am being fucking serious baby, the only way I can come back to that house is if you find me. If you do I will reward you with the best dinner you've ever had and maybe steak won't be the only thing I eat out."
Collette's face flushed before sighing "How the fuck am I supposed to find this buffoon"
"The letters will help you find me, At every location I tell you to go to, there will be a letter giving you clues and the location of the next place until ultimately you find me. Good luck baby I believe in you."
Something about the mystery kept her so intrigued and Collette has always loved treasure hunts so this was right up her ally. She put her sunglasses on the bed before opening the second note:
"I'm sure traveling has you exhausted and you've been so busy busting your ass at work and renovating the house. There is a tiny and beautiful pink property just 10 minutes away from the house, one of my guys is outside in an all black golf cart and will take you everywhere. When you get there tell Talia you're with me and you'll be sorted. I love you."

Calculated and thought out was what Collette thought after placing the letter back on the table. She walked to her suitcase, pulling out a loose linen white dress and a pair of sandals. She placed her sunglasses in the leave out she did just for this trip and grabbed her purse walking out of the house.
When she opened the door she was greeted by a man in an all black golf cart with shades on.
"Hello Ms Lincoln, I'm Félix, I have been tasked to drive you around till you find Mr Diaz. Please get comfortable in the back and enjoy a snack" Félix said with a big warm smile that made Collette also smile.
She got into the back seeing a bowl of all types of chocolates. She picked on up and popped it in her mouth savoring the taste.
Minutes later they had arrived at the small pink property called "Talia's highbar" Collette raised her eyebrows in confusion but walked towards it regardless.
