Chapter 6: Baby Boo adventure II

" Man is it the baby or has your apartment always been this much of a mess?" Wonwoo asked as he plopped down the couch in front of the TV while holding baby Seungkwan in his arms.

He looked around for the TV remote when a surprise met him. He looked up to Jun with an amused look clearly questioning the surprise.

" oh he broke the TV remote ." Jun said when he saw Wonwoo holding up a battered remote.

" By throwing it? It looks crushed in the middle though?" Wonwoo asked amusingly. He was convinced that it was Jun who crushed it in one of his fits of anger.

" Nope. I'm serious. And mind you, keep a good eye on the baby, this cute lil tangerine can disappear from your gaze in a flash."

However Wonwoo looked quizzically at Jun with a slightly raised eyebrow.

" Hence the mess of the apartment. I'd been chasing this bundle of energy. I'd say he'll rival Hoshi in terms of speed when he grows up. That's why i called. I wanted a rational person to discuss this with."

" Wait what? Are you sure? An awakened baby!? Do they even exist? He sure looks like just any other baby." Wonwoo said looking at the baby skeptically.

" No I'm serious. This lil tangerine yanked the heck out of me the first time we met. He's got quite the strength for a lil baby. I'm even more convinced he's awakened the moment he splashed the waters wildly in my bathroom and crawled away faster than flash from under my grasp. "

"......."

Wonwoo looked confused. Lil Seungkwan had been nothing out of the ordinary since he arrived.

" I'm telling the truth." Jun said confidently that carried an air of sincerity.

However Wonwoo still found it hard to believe.

This lil baby with tiny peachy lips and gazing with wide doe eyes with an oh so innocent look at Wonwoo was an awakened?

He had been quite calm and amicable for a lil baby since Wonwoo arrived, if that was supposed to considered out of ordinary.

But it could be that the baby had tired itself after playing with Jun. The apartment was a mess. Evident of the wild chase and fun with a lil toddling baby.

Lil Seungkwan let out a soft yawn as it smack its lips softly. His eyes were slightly droppy.

He then nudged his tiny head further against the chest of Wonwoo.

Wonwoo couldn't help but smile at that.

" Well let's put this lil baby to sleep first. He seems tired." Wonwoo suggested. It was late afterall. Its already 8 at night. Babies usually sleep earlier.

Wonwoo gently stood up and swayed Seungkwan side to side gently trying to lull him into sleep.

" Man, you'd make a great dad. That's for sure. Kid was never that calm with me." Jun remarked with a fond smile.

Wonwoo chuckled at Jun's remark.

" Well I'm sure he enjoyed your presence too. Must have had quite the fun seeing the state of your apartment." Wonwoo said as he scanned the apartment once more.

Jun then stretched his arms as he replied," well it was quite the wild chase. I'm even more loving my single status after that fun chase." Jun said grinning.

Wonwoo merely let out a quiet chuckle at that. Seungkwan has almost drifted to sleep.

Wonwoo then made his way to Jun's bedroom followed by Jun who opened the door for him.
