Fiona Pov
I stopped running at a quite large clearing and sat down on a large rock close by. I searched through my backpack and took several bags of blood. I drank them, even though they were disgusting because of storage. It was better if it was fresh. But blood is blood and blood gives me strength.
I cannot believe Renesmee drinks from this, its disgusting. No vampire should drink from this. I hid the empty bags in between some bushes and swung my backpack over to my shoulder.
I know someone or something is following me. It's giving me the creeps, as if I were going to get attacked. I kept smelling shape-shifters, though it was common in this woods. But could they be following me?
Unlike how full vampires describe their scent as foul and nasty, for me it smelled like warmth and fire and power. I breathed in that wonderful smell, not noticing that a faint scent of mint started mixing with the weird shapeshifter smell.
It started to get more and more intense and when I finally noticed, my sense of smell was overwhelmed by the scent of fresh mint. I looked behind me and then I didn't noticed anything around me, except one thing.
A tall and handsome boy about fifteen. He had black hair, dark eyes and russet skin. Like all Quiletes he was tall and bulky, and had a certain aura of danger. He was only dressed in black shorts because of shifting into a wolf. I think I saw him once when he visited the Cullen household.
He was looking at me like I was the sun he had never saw. Like I am the love of his life. Like I am his gravity.
He imprinted on me. Oh God. But there was something off.
I hope you like it.
