Months later
Writers POV
It has been months since you cleared the forest temple, but you payed a terrible price. You where in a coma and even the doctors didn't know if you would wake up. So you decided a little surprise.
You woke only an hour after the doctors left so you stood grabbed your things and headed out the door to Zelda.
Time skip---
You arrived after a long walk and everyone looked at you like you where a ghost. You still had that same tunic on from the mission and the never cleaned your wounds.
You opened the doors to the castle to reveal Zelda sitting on her throne looking at you in awe and disbelief.
"Am I ready for my journey home now your highness."
"We will leave tomorrow."
"No. Now."
"Fine. Let's go."
Zelda's POV
What would happen when she found out about Zelda and Link. Would she blame me? No she couldn't... She already knew her father had plans for her. But then again I also told them she was dead... So this would actually be all my fault. Damn it!
She was already on Vade so when I got onto my loftwing I handed her a new tunic that she happily put in instead of wearing the other one. When she finished we where off.
Time skip---
Your POV
We where right above the landing point so we both dismounted, Zelda clinged to my side as I deployed the sail cloth landing right in front of the castle doors. And of course no one would recognize me because I had never worn a lime green tunic before.
We walked in and everyone looked our way saying things like.
"'Who do they think they are barging in here like that."' Or like... "'This is a day of grieving do they not understand."'
Father hushed the people and began to talk to sky loft Zelda as I stood beside my sister. I could see Link draw his master sword and point it at my throat.
"What do you think you are doing here buddy?" You did nothing but chuckle darkly as you put your sword at his throat.
"I guess it has been a long time after all... Link." You looked up your (h/c) hair moving away from your (e/c) eyes.
Your sister looked your way. Her eyes widened as wide as Links.
"(Y-y/n)?"
"Long time no see sis." You put your sword away and stood next to the other Zelda. "Surprise... Father."
Your father looked up at you with wonder in his eyes until he recognized you.
"My daughter you are home!" He hugged you tightly as you screamed out in pain. He dropped you quickly letting you fall to your knees.
Link ran to your side. Kneeling and dropping his sword by his side.
"A-are you alright?" He asked carefully.
"She is not alright. She suffers from a gash along her abdomen which she received while clearing the forest temple."
"(Y/n)!" Link looked up and saw a pink fairy heading towards him. "Did you hurt her! Cause if you did I swear to the goddess Hylia your head will be my new trophy."
"No Mile... He did not hurt me." You looked to the pink fairy as he went under neath your tunic.
"When did you get this?" The fairy asked as he came out if your collar.
"In the temple."
"I see anyway... You need to get some rest..."
"No rest... I have rested for to long and now it is time for me to protect.''
