"And then I walk in, and Ben goes 'Geez Liz, what's on your shirt?'" Everyone laugh, Liz smiles at her own joke and Ben blushes. Lindsey Grey sat at her lunch table, two months into her freshmen year. She already has a close knit group of friends, and luckily all of them have the same lunch period. Liz, Ben, Andy, Grace, and Chrissy. Liz and Ben had been dating since 7th grade and everyone knew they were going to last. Lindsey and Liz had been best friends since 1st grade, and she had already been friends with Ben through Liz. Andy, Grace, and Chrissy she had met at lunch and through classes. "Ooh Lins, I see that hot sophomore whose obsessed with you coming over, everyone act natural!" Liz said, giggling. Lindsey glared at Liz as Jack walked over. "Hey, Lindsey, can I talk to you for a minute?" He said, his green eyes staring into her hazel ones. "Sure." She shrugged. Jack and she had become friends over the two months they had known each other. They ended up being in two classes and study hall together. "What's up?" She said after Jack had led her out of the Caf to the lockers. The caf's walls were glass and she could see Liz Grace and Chrissy making faces and Andy and Ben making inappropriate gestures at her and Jack. "So, umm, I was wondering.... You know how u said your favorite movie was The Call? Well, I've never seen it, and I was wondering if maybe you wanted to come over to my house Saturday night after my hockey practice and watch it with me? I can get a pizza and candy and popcorn, or something else if you don't like that stuff, or you don't have to, or we can watch something else or-" Jack started blabbering on, clearly nervous awaiting her response. Lindsey cut him off and said "I would love to Jack! Pick me up at 7?" Jack smiled, relieved. "Yeah sure! I'll text you okay? I have to get back to class, I've been taking a pretty long bathroom break!" He raced down the hallway, and she giggled and waved him off. When he thought she wasn't looking, Jack did a little fist bump in the air. Lindsey laughed, overjoyed to go on her first date.
