I waited and waited on my bed. Trés house was pretty big so maybe they were yelling. But I don't know. I started to hear voices from down stairs. They got louder and louder by the minute. Soon enough I could hear what they were saying.

"I Know you have my daughter!" The man yelled. It was my father. I now remember what he sounded like mad.

"We don't have her! What made you think I have her!" Tré yelled. Their was a knock at my door that caused me to jump and make a little scream. "It's Sara. Please open." Sara said through the door. Thank god it's her. I ran to the door but not to fast so they could hear me from down stairs. I opened the door to Sara almost in tears.

"Sara what's going on down there? Wh-why is my Dad here?" I asked her as she sat on the bed. She took a deep breath before speaking.

"Your father tracked down your phone. He wants you back." She said.

"Poor excuse for a father if you ask me. And he wants me back? He had his time to be a father and now he thinks he deserves a second chance? No way. Anyway here-" I said and went to grab my phone. I got it off the bed. I gave it to her. It was dead anyway since I didn't use it at all and didn't bother to charge it the past few days. "-go show this to him and say, like uh, say you found it on the sidewalk and waited for a call from it." She nodded and went to leave. She turned back around.

"Wait what if he try's to take it? I know how you kids and teens love your phones to death." She laughed a bit. I laughed too. But then shook my head.

"I don't care if he takes it. What ever gets him out of here." I said. And she was off. I put my head to the floor to listen to everything.

"Here! Is it this phone? We found it on the sidewalk and waited for a call from it but I died."

"Yes that's it. Shit. That little shitty girl just dropped it and left it."

"Don't call her shitty!" Trè screamed.

"Why? Do you know her?" My dad said. I was nervous for Tré.

"No but any good father knows that they should treat their kids that way. You are probably the reason she left." Tré yelled back. It's true.

"Oh really... Alex Mcloughlin... Ring a bell???" My father said.

"Never heard it in my life." He said with the most stern voice.

"You haven't seen the last of me." He said. What is he? Some kind of super villain? And there was a slam. I'm guessing from the door. I looked out side to see him get into his truck and drive off to where ever.

"Alex it's safe!" I heard Sara yell. I ran down the spiral stairs and into the living room where they were. Sara was against the wall processing what just happened. Tré was walking back and forth scratching his head and muttering things.

"We kidnapped you. We fucking kidnapped you. I haven't thought of that until now. Fuck" he said and pointed to me.

"Woah woah woah, don't think of it that way!" I said back and looked at Sara who was now on one of the chairs.

"How could he not. It's basically true." She said. Great, now I got no one on my side.

"Okay so now what? You gonna kick me out?" I said angrily because I didn't want to leave and because they didn't kidnap me, I chose to come here.

"No, we couldn't, you have no where to go. You are staying here. For right now, you are staying here until we can find you a place to live." He said and making sure it was okay with his wife.

"I don't want to leave, you guys have been the best. I mean, like everything you do for a stranger when you don't even know them. Plus, I chose to come here. I could have walked away from your offer, Tré" I said. He nodded.

"Come here." He said. I did so. He wrapped his arms around means Sara joined in too.

"You are now part of the Green Day family." He said. I laughed and carried on with the hug.

"So did he take my phone?" I said breaking silence. They laughed.

"Unfortunately yes." Sara said.

"Oh I don't care about my phone." I said laughing.
