(Ella POV)

"Bye niall"

"Bye Ella" Niall gave me a kiss goodbye.

"Days away niall, I will text when they are Born, ok"

"Ok, I will not leave my phone"

Niall was gone and I was on my own again, sitting in the couch watching TV, i was getting so close, and I was just so big, it was getting hard to move around so easily, or really at all.

Two days later, I had Jack over with his girlfriend Lacey, she went to school with us as well, she was one of the star students. She was also a very social person, she was friends with anyone and hardly any one disliked her.

Over the last few months as well as Niall helping me, jack has been as well, we have gotten pretty close.

"Quick they are kicking" I grabbed one of each of there hands for them to feel, and both there faces lit up.

"Wow El" Jack said looking up at me.

suddenly there was a much bigger pain in my stomach than the babies kicking me.

"Ella are you ok"

"Not really" I was hunched over a bit grabbing at my belly, took a few deep breathes as the pain started to pass.

Then another pain wave came a little stronger and I held on to the bench top which was right in front of me.

"Do you think?"

I just hummed starting to try walking to the door.

"Lacey please grab the red bag as you walk out" I was taking deep steady breathes as I walked.

"Ok ok" she said, I was using Jack as support.

"Ella you are kind of breaking my arm, I know it hurts but just take deep breathes"

We were all in the car, Lacey was driving, maybe a little to fast but I know she is just nervous.

The next little part was a little bury, next thing I remember is some person telling me to just push, and I did. I let out a scream of pain.

With no one there to hold my hand or encourage me I just held the pole next to me for dear life.

By the end of pushing out two little humans I was pretty tired, people are sleepy as after pushing one baby but I did two so I was pretty proud. I ended up falling straight to sleep as I was so tired.

I woke up the next day in the room and i saw a sleeping Jack and lacy in each other's arms on the small couch.

The nurse walked in. "So I was going to ask you yesterday but you were obviously very out if it, but what are there names"

"Um this is really awkward but what's there gender"

"Oh it's fines, congratulation miss smith you had a baby boy and baby girl"

"Can you just give us a few minutes to finalise the names please" I smiled which she returned

"Oh sure thing, I will do my rounds and I will come back" I smiled as she left.

Once she left, I turned to see both lacy and Jack were awake now.

"I do have a couple names, you may not like any of them but they are on a piece of paper in the front of the red bag over there"

Jack went and got it and opens it and read the names showed it to lacy they then conferred with each other then they looked up to me and said "how about Ava and Finn" I just smiled I loved those names they just seem like they fit them both so well.

"Knock knock, I'm back, have you decided on names"

"Yes we have. They are Finn and Ava smith"

"What Nice names, I will go collect them now if you would like" I nodded and she left right after that to go and bring them in the room.

"Ella maybe I hold one of them?"

"You don't have to ask, but before you do can you get my phone"

"Sure, here"

"Thanks" I took one quick pic before Jack picked up Ava.

I sent a message to niall attaching the picture

'Met little Ava and finn'

'OMG they are so cute Ella 😍.'

'Hope everything went well, congrats again, GTG😘'

I put my phone down on the small table and I picked up finn and I was just in utter awe of him, he was just beautiful. He looked like Luke. "Hi Finn I'm your mum, and I promise to look after you both you and your sister. Mummy Loves you baby boy, I am so happy you are here safe" I then kissed his head. For the next while I just watched him sleep in my arms.

Lacey had just taken a picture of me and Finn. She showed me and I actually really like it. "Send the picture to me please" she nodded as she did so and my phone buzzed.

Jack stood up with Ava in his arms and Lacey took Finn from my arms to hold.

I had to go to the bathroom one to shower two change from this hospital gown that was chocking me.

"Can you just watch them for a few minutes while I shower"

"Yeah sure, do you mind if we take them for a walk around the ward while you do that?"

"Yeah sure" I watched them leave the room with the two little humans that I just made inside me, they were both just so small in Lacey and jacks arms.

I went in the small bathroom and had a shower, it was so nice I was so sore everywhere on my body and this showered helped a lot. I changed into my own clothes and went back into the hospital room.

I went onto my phone and looked at the photo Lacey had taken. It was so sweet. I have to ask them to take a photo of me with the both of the babies.

I went on Instagram. I was on my 'fan account' I guess you could say I created it to be able to see what see what people, are doing with out them knowing what I'm doing.

Going though my feed I saw Luke come up and it was picture of him locking lips with his new girlfriend Jenna, I am so happy for him. Niall then came up with the picture of the twins. Caption 'welcome to the world Ava and Finn👶🏼👶🏼' it made me smile.

At that moment Lacey, Jack with the twins came back in the room. "All better now El"

"A lot better" I laughed. "Can you one of you do me a favour and take a picture of the three of us"

"Yeah I'll do it" Jack said giving Ava who I hadn't held yet, she looked like me.

"I said with both of them not just one" I said jokingly

"I know but now you have one with both individually now I can do one with both of them"

"Lacey you hold Finn and I will hold Ava" she nodded as sat next to me.

Jack took the photo and he sent both of them to me.

"We have to go now, we got a date to go on"

"Have a wonderful night and don't do what I did and get pregnant Lacey" we all just laughed. They both kissed my cheek then left.
