Unexpected love {Luke hemmings}

I woke up the next morning alone in my bed, I turned to look at the clock and saw it was 11:30, I really panicked this time, what the hell why didn't the twins wake me up?

I was down those stairs so fast but I stopped when I heard Ava and Finn laughing with Luke. I just sat there and listened to my family interacting.

"Dada?" I heard Ava ask

"Yeah sweet pea"

"Why you not stay?" Her voice sounded so sad

"I'm sorry Ava I wish I could stay but I have to go"

"But daddy you make mummy happy" I heard Finn say

My kids maybe 4 but they just now how to make me happy.

"Finny I know I like making mummy happy but I have a job I need to do, and that means I have to leave you guys, for a little bit. You give mummy a big kiss from me when she gets up ok?"

"Ok daddy"

"Wove you dada" that one line they never thought I would hear them say it.

"Give me a hug good bye" it went quiet so I was guess they were hugging him. I knew the twins would come running up after Luke left so I ran back to my room and got under the covers and pretend to be asleep.

I counted "1....2....3....4....5....6....7....8.."

"MUUUUMMMMMMMY" well lucky I was actually up because they screamed that loud.

"Yes babies" they said nothing they just both at the same time kissed me on either cheek.

"What was that for?" I knew why but I wanted to hear them say it them selves.

"Dada told us to" Ava said proudly

"Where is dada?" Both there faces sank

"Daddy gone mummy" Finn said starting to cry, then Ava followed.

After crying them selves to sleep next to me in my bed, I grabbed my phone from beside my bed and decided to face time luke.

"Your up"

"Yeah, luke this is the aftermath, they cried them selves to sleep over their dada leaving us" I turned my phone screen to show the now sleeping twins.

"Ella you know I couldn't stay, I have to continue on tour"

"Yes of course I know that luke, but they are 4 and they don't know that. To them is just they finally have a daddy again then he leaves"

"Ella" he whinned

"I know, but luke about last night, I am gonna do it" luke cracked a smile.

"Then Ella I can't wait to see you back home in Australia"

*3 months later*

"AVA! FINN! Time to get going"

"Coming mummy" the both of them came running down our now empty house.

"What we're you two doing up there?"

"We were saying bye to our room" sometimes I can't believe these are my kids, they are too cute.

Jack has volunteer to take us to the airport as we sold the car. Lacey was going to come but she had to work.

All the stuff we are taking to Australia has been shipped off to the new apartment I have with the kids in Melbourne.

Yes I should have gone to sydney near luke but I said once I have gotten settle back to Australia with the twins and have mended everything I have completely ruined years ago I will maybe.

We were on a 9am flight, and we get there night time Australia time.

"Ready to go on a plane?" Jack asked the twins

"I'm so excited" Finn said

"Little scared but if I have mummy I will be fine" she does get scared easily but Finn promised to look protect her from danger.

"How about you Ella?"

"I am gonna be honest with you Jack, I am really scared"

"Don't be I know everything will be fine"

"I hope so"

"Just think positively, you are not alone you have two 4 year olds on your side" I just laughed.

"Jack there 4 they can't do that much"

"Yeah true but still they will always be on your side"

We spoke until we got to the airport and the twins and I said our goodbyes to Jack. We got through customs and stuff well, and now we are now on the plane to Australia. Finn said he was ready but he wasn't he was holding my hand just as tight as his sister was on take off.

"You can let go now we we in the air"

"Really?"

"Yeah"

"Do you guys feel tired because you know when we get there it will be night time but we will feel like it day time"

They both try and fight the sleep but when they are sleepy they fall straight to sleep. Look at me single mum taking two 4 year old across the world, and I got them both times fall asleep.

*in Australia*

Luke knew we were coming but no one else does. I rang luke saying we were here safely and we would see him soon and said the twins love him.

The twins got over luke leavening more than 2 weeks later. And I know they are starting to really miss him again, hell I even miss him.

"Got your bags?"

"Yes mummy" they both said. I got one of those trolley for your bags and put our luggage on that then put the twins in top just to make it easier, they found it fun do I was happy.

We walked out side it was dark but I was wide awake. We were going to got to the taxi line when I saw a man with a sign saying my name, and i walked over to him.

"You Ella smith?"

"Yep"

"Mr. Hemmimgs asked me to pick all you up" the twins looked at me.

"Ok, thanks. Hope off guys we going home in this big taxi (smallish limo)" I got in and I was just as surprised as the twins, it was beautiful in here.

I got the kids in there seats and I gave the address I wanted to be taken too. "It's very nice isn't it guys"

They nodded eagerly.

"You know people are going to sound different here ok"

"Like daddy" Ava asked

"Yes Ava, exactly like daddy"

"When are we going to see him again? Finn asked

"I don't know sweetie but I hope soon"

We got to our destination and it was kind of setting in about now, being next to the door.

"Mummy do you want Ava and me to do it for you" Finn looked up at me.

"Sure, go for it" Finn knocked on the door just loud enough for someone to hear inside. He stood back and waited.

Nothing

"Door bell mummy"

"Yeah here I will help" I lifted her up and this door bell was working because i could hear it from outside the door.

"Can you hold me mummy I'm tired" Ava said just before the door opened.

"Fine" I picked her up in time to see my best friend standing there.

"Hey Daisy mind if we come in"
