On top of a stage, a man who had a slight resemblance to Kisuke Urahara from Bleach sighed tiredly.

Below him were legions of hero students, all coming from different schools. Including U.A., Shiketsu, Ketsubutsu academy, and more.
All of them huddled up inside one room. Very uncomfortable for most of the students as the space was way too cramped to hold all of them but atleast they had room to breath.
Shoko: Are you not going to wear your armor?
She asked (Y/N) who was beside her, who was wearing only a spandex-like black T-shirt, wrist bands, pants and boots.
(Y/N): Nah, not yet. Plus, don't you like seein' me like this?
You raised your arm and flexed your muscles, only for Shoko to roll her eyes with an unseen blush.
?Kisuke?: Alright then...let's do this...exam...whatever this is.. I'm from.. the heroes public safety commission. Name's Mera. I'm sorry...I haven't gotten much rest lately...
He slapped himself in the face in an effort to wake himself up. This guy looked like he really didn't want to be there. But yet again, this was his job.
Mera: Alright...let's begin orientation.

Mera: You see, we've got a butt load of heroes around nowadays. After the hero killer's arrest, many began to doubt and detest heroes in our society.

As well as causing some to follow in his footsteps and turn to a life of villainy and vigilantism.
Mera: Well, if you think about it, getting paid makes sense. If you're gonna risk your life, might as well get paid for it right?
