Chapter 132 - FengWu's Dilemma

 

Jungkook slowly tapped his fingers on his lap. His face did not reveal any emotion but his eyes were very cold as he stared at FengRan who was currently drinking the special liquid he prepared for him.

A few minutes later, Jungkook raised his hand, signaling Jung Ho-seok to pull the chains up.

"Pull!"

Jung Ho-seok immediately responded to his order.

When FengRan was pulled out of the barrel, his face started to turn into purple because of suffocation.

He continued to cough as he tried to puke all the urine he drank a while ago.

He was crying while begging for mercy.

"*cough* *cough* I’m sorry... *sob* I’m sorry.... *cough* *cough* I will not do it again.. *sob*"

Jungkook smiled sinisterly. He stood up and walked towards FengRan.

"Will you tell me everything?"

"Yes!! Yes!! *cough* *cough* I will!! I will tell you everything!!"

FengRan slowly narrated every plan they executed.

"When we f-found out *cough* *cough* that Lisa had an e-engagement with y-you, *cough* *cough* Older Brother Jun d-decided to plot a-against her.

*cough* *cough* I know you k-know that U-Uncle XuanTian *cough* *cough* was not the r-real owner of F-Feng International. *cough* *cough* He only s-stole it from our father.

In order t-to cut off *cough* *cough* Uncle XuanTian’s d-direct line, Older Brother Jun d-decided to sabotage *cough* *cough* FengMo and LuAn’s car, r-resulting to their death.

We never e-expected that even t-though *cough* *cough* FengMo died, Uncle X-XuanTian still did not give t-the management rights to us *cough*siblings, a-and instead decided to g-groom Lisa as the next s-successor.

*cough* *cough* We could no l-longer kill Lisa b-because it would be too obvious *cough* if she also died.

So we could only t-target Uncle XuanTian’s life and make Older Brother J-Jun as the legal guardian of Lisa. *cough* *cough*

Eldest sister f-found someone *cough* *cough* who harbors grudge a-against Uncle and u-used her as a pawn.

*cough* The woman p-poisoned Uncle but he was able to f-find out about his poisoning *cough* cough* so we killed that woman in order to a-avoid being implicated.

Since then, w-we could only swallow everything until Y-Nancy o-offered a collaboration.

Please, I already t-told you everything... Please release m-me.. *cough* *cough*"

Jungkook’s eyes darkened when he heard FengRan’s words.

Unfortunately, everything that FengRan said was already reported by Jung Ho-seok.

Jungkook’s countenance darkened when he heard Nancy’s name.

If he knew sooner that she was also in cahoots with the branch family, he wouldn’t have let her escape by allowing her to die painlessly without paying for her sins.

"How about now? What are you planning to do with Lisa?"

"We...we..."

FengRan avoided his gaze. The purpose of their meeting yesterday was to think of an alternative plan. If Nancy was not able to kill Lisa and she was still alive, they could only continue to plan something until they manage to kill her completely.

If he tell Jungkook about their plan against Lisa, he might be killed instantly! Knowing Jungkook, he would definitely torture him once he finds out that they wanted to cast everything aside and hire an assassin to deal with her.

"Seems like you are still eager to experience being ’pampered’ like this. Bring the cable wires."

Jungkook turned and walked away. He sat on the chair and stared at FengRan’s shaking silhouette.

When FengRan saw the cable wires with electricity running through it, he could not help but pee on his pants.

"No!!! No!!! Don’t come near me!! NOOOOOOOO!!"

The next day, FengRan was brought back inside the jail.

When General Lin saw him, he carefully inspected him, fearing that Jungkook might have forgotten to hold back his tortures.

Fortunately, there are no outside wounds visible on FengRan’s body. Seemed like Jungkook was still holding back a little.

When FengWu saw her Little Brother sitting on a chair without any signs of recognition on his surroundings, an unexplainable fear soared within her heart.

She could tell that something happened to FengRan.

Although both of them were detained, they were not placed together with the other convicts since their case was still on process.

FengWu was waiting for FengShi and FengRu’s help. After being detained inside for a day, she already knew that her ungrateful Second Younger Brother had abandoned them.

She could only rely on her other siblings to help her.

Unfortunately, she had been waiting since ages ago but her other siblings were still not visiting them.

’Did something happen? Why are they not here yet? Did they-- Impossible!! Something must have happened to them.’

Hours passed and her siblings were still missing in action.

"Mrs. FengWu... Someone wanted to see you."

When she heard that someone wanted to see her, FengWu could not help but exhale deeply.

When FengWu sat on the chair, she already thought of how she would instruct her siblings.

*clang*

Someone sat on the opposite chair in front of her. When FengWu raised her head, she did not see FengShi or FengRu. Instead, it was Lisa who was sitting in front of her.

"W-what... What are you d-doing here?! You’re---- still alive?!"

After Lisa was kidnapped by Nancy, no one knew what happened afterwards.

Now that they saw Lisa, it could only mean that Nancy was not able to kill Lisa.

Jungkook decided to suppress any news regarding Lisa’s return and Nancy’s death so it was understandable that FengWu was very shocked to see Lisa in front of her.

"Eldest Aunt, how are you?"

Lisa smiled but her eyes contained indifference and coldness.

"F-Lisa... How.. how...."

FengWu could not find any words to say.

She swallowed a couple of times before she was able to say something.

"Ah Lisa.. are you okay? why are you here? Did you visit me to help me get out of here?"

FengWu was still oblivious that Lisa already knew about their collaboration with Nancy. She thought that Lisa still thinks that her accidents were all Nancy’s fault.

’Lisa must be here to help us. No matter what, we are still family.’

Too bad, she was just deluding herself.

"Eldest Aunt... I’m here to make sure that you rot inside."

Lisa laughed mockingly.
