Chapter 12

AOU

'And then she was like 'no no it's actually you only!' and then we all were laughing so badly at her foolishness.' said Gun.
It made all of us laugh
He's really good with humour.
That's when someone's phone starts ringing.
We all look around to see who it is and apparently it's Boom.
He switches his phone off and says 'I'll call back later. Gun, you continue.'
'Okay. So then we all-' continues Gun but is interrupted once again by the phone call. Gun gives Boom side eyes and then Louis says 'You should pick it up.'
'Okay, I will' says Boom as he picks it up.
'Hello?' says Boom over the phone.
I don't know what he hears but as soon as hears the person say back he shocks and asks 'Which hospital?!' and then continues 'I will be there soon! Take care of him till then!' and then cuts the call.
'What happened?' asks Film.
'Aou, I will need your car.' he says to me.
'Okay. I will go with you! But what happened?' I ask him.
'I will tell that to you all later. Aou we have to go. Right now.' he replies. With the being said he runs out and I run behind him.

BOOM

'Which room is he in?!' I ask the receptionist.
'He is being shifted to room number 302. It is near the staircase' she replies.
I run towards the lift and Aou runs behind me.
We reach the third floor and go towards the room.
I can't believe this.
Some random weirdo hit my father with his car then went away.
I hope he is alright.
I love him so much. I hope nothing happens to him.
'Father!' I scream as I enter the room.
He is on the bed.
My mother is beside him.
I look over at the screen showing his pulse and blood pressure.
32?! What!!!!
'Doctor, will he be fine?' Aou asks him.
'We can't say anything right now. If you sign the papers and give us the permission to we can do his operation today only. However there are high chances he might go into coma. He has severe brain damage.'
I can't believe this.
My father...had an accident?
He....might die?
'Give me the papers, I will sign them right now.' I say.

An hour later, they take my father to the operation room.
As close the door in front of me, I look back to see Aou at a distance.
I run towards him crying as he opens his arms to recieve the hug from me.
He hugs me back and says 'Don't worry. He will be alright.'
'What if dies?!' I ask him.
'He won't. He won't. He will be totally fine' He replies.
He surely is a gentleman.

And hour later, we both are sitting outside the operation room when Aou gets a call from Santa.
Santa : Hello Phi'!
Aou : Santa! What happened?
Santa : Are you free right now?
Aou : No,why?
Santa : Oh come on! I want to buy clothes for my trip. Can't you go with me? You have such a good taste in fashion.
Aou : I can't go with you.
Santa : Why Phi'?! Perth will also love the-
Aou : I said I can't go with you! Don't you understand?! Bye!

After that I say 'Aou relax. What happened?'
Aou : Santa wants me to go shopping with him.
Boom : Then go.
Aou : I can't leave you here.
Boom : Aou, I have mother with me.
Aou : But-
Boom : Shhhhhhh. I will tell you when the operation is over okay.
You go with Santa.
Aou : Really?
Boom : Yes Yes. Go with him.
Aou : Just call me if you need me, okay?
Boom : Yes Yes. I will. Bye now.

He goes away.

SANTA

'This one suits you more' says Perth.
'Yeah, it looks quite nice. But it's expensive.' I reply.
Perth rolls his eyes ands says 'Just buy it. I will pay. Just go' Perth says.
As I go out of the changing room, I spot phi'Aou standing there, so I go towards him.
Santa : Oh phi'? What are you doing here? You said you wouldn't come?
Aou : Boom's father had an accident. And you wanted me to come here?
Santa : What?! is he alright?!
Aou : His operation is going on right now.
Perth : Sawadee khap Phi'.
Aou : Sawadee. Anyway you called me. What do you need my help with?
Santa : Oh yeah. How does this look?
Aou : It looks good but you are going on a camp trip if I am not wrong. You want to wear this there?
Perth : Oops. We did not think about that.
Aou : Get that jacket over there. It's perfect for where you are going.
Perth : Oh phi' Aou! What a choice you have! Can you choose one for me too?!
Aou : Just get the same as his. You would perfectly look like a couple!
Santa : Ohhhhhh! Nice idea! Perth you get one too.

Well the shopping goes well and now we are here eating some food.
I look over at phi'Aou who's face is as if he is worried.
I have an idea!
I whisper to Perth secretly 'Perth listen. Let's act all cutesy cutesy. Phi'Aou will cringe at us and laugh. His mood does not seem well'
'Okay. Perth replies.

PERTH

We order some noodles and pizza first.
Santa takes one end of one noodle and puts it in his mouth as he signals me to take the other end in my mouth.
'Phi'Aou! Phi'Aou! Me and Perth will kiss now. You take a picture of that!'
'No no. Record a video!' I say.
I notice phi'Aou cringe at us 'Ohhh! You kids! Give the phone here!'
He makes a video as we eat the ends and then kiss.
Santa then feeds me the slice of pizza.
Phi'Aou chuckles at what we are doing.
A few minutes later me and order one milkshake as a whole with two straws.
We put both of the straws in the milkshake and drink together.
'Phi'Aou! phi'Aou! Photo!' says Santa to him.
'I seriously want to puke right now because of you two' said phi'Aou as he laughed.
He complaints a lot but clicks pictures well.
'I am glad you at least smiled' said Santa to him.

AOU

'You both go home,I will go to the hospital.' I say to Santa and Perth.
'Will you be home tonight?' Santa asks me.
'Hopefully I will. Rest I will tell later. Let's see.' I reply.
'Okay bye then phi'! See you later!' says Perth.
'Bye!' I say back.
They both go away.
As I walk towards my car I call Boom.
Aou : Hello? Everything well?
Boom : Yeah he is fine. The operation is over.
Aou : Ohkay I am coming there then.
Boom : Can you go home and ask your mother to make food for me and mother? We can't go home to cook right now.
Aou : Okay. What about your father? Does he need something?
Boom : No. The medicines I will buy from here. The food the hospital will provide to him.
Aou : Okay then. I will get the food. Bye!
Boom : Thank you so much! Bye!

After the call I see Santa Perth and walking towards the exit.
I run towards them.
'Oh? What are you doing here?' Santa asks me.
'I will go home with you, I have to ask mother to make food for Boom and his family.' I say.
'Okay! Let's go!'

SANTA

-Monday-

'Santa, wake up! You have your trip!' says my mother as she opens the door to my room only to find me combing my hair.
'Oh? You're up? By yourself? How?' she says.
'Oh come on. I was excited for my trip so I got up early.' I reply.
'Okay, come downstairs for breakfast.' she says as she goes back.

'thank you so much phi'Aou. I am going now! Bye!' I say as I get of his car.
'Listen!' he calls out to me making me stop.
'Take care of yourself there na. Stay with your friends.' he says.
'Ohhhh okayyyy father!' I mockingly say him.
'Bye!' I say as I get out of the car and run towards my class for the roll call.
Perth is there.
We are wearing the matching jacket we both got together.
'Hey! You look amazing Perth!' I say.
He does look really nice.
'Oh my god look at you both. Matching jackets, huh?' says Book teasingly.
'Shut up Book. Santa, let's sit together in the bus, okay?' Perth asks me.
'No! We five will sit on the last seat together!' says Dunk.
'Did I fucking ask -' says Perth but is interrupted by me.
'Okay! Let's sit together!' I say.
Perth looks at me calmly and says 'Okay. We will sit together.'
'Ohhhhhh. Perth listening to his husband!' says Book.
His friends are seriously something.
It's so fun to be around them too.
