Chapter 2

BOOM

My alarm rings waking me up. 8:00 a.m.
'I don't have time, I must get to university right now, so much work is left' I think to myself.
I don't know how are we going to manage it.
The sports day is tomorrow and still so much work is left. I must go to university right now.
I quickly make a toast for myself with instant coffee. I will have a proper meal later.

'Hey Boom, come here!' Gun calls to me. He is talking to someone on a call.
Boom : Yeah, what happened?
Gun : What colour paper cups should I ask them to bring?
Boom : Huh? Paper cups?
Gun : Yes ofcourse! For the sports day tomorrow we will put a counter for drinks. Now tell which colour cups would be okay?
Boom : Oh, ask for golden and silver.
Gun : They don't have that colour available! Why would have I asked you then?
Boom : Then make it black.
Gun : Okay

It's so difficult. I wonder how Aou manages it all. I got this duty once, he gets it at every event.Where is he anyway?
'View!' I call to her.
View : Hmm? Alai? What happened?
Boom : Where is Aou?
View : I don't know.Maybe you can check in the basketball court.
Boom : Isn't he hurt?Why is playing basketball?
View : You think he listens to anyone?The sports day is tomorrow, he has to practise ofcourse.
Boom : Okay. Thank you!
View : Hey Boom listen! Take his bag with yourself too. His medicine is in here, tell him to apply it to his wound. He has been practising since 5 a.m with others?
Boom : What?! Okay, Give it to me I am going!

Boom : Aou! Aou! Come here!
Aou : Alai?
Boom : Aren't you hurt at all?You have been playing for hours.
Aou : Welly foot hurts a bit but I can't seem to find my medicine anywhere.
Boom : How will you also?You forgot your bag with View.Your medicine is in here.
Aou : Oh yeah.Thank you Friend.
'Aou come back for a minute' a guy from his team calls.Aou runs back to him.
Only if he didn't use the word 'friend' with me.

SANTA

'Why are so many students gathered here?Is something going on?' I wondered to myself.
'Excuse me, What's going on in here?' I asked someone who was standing there in the crowd.
'Ohh, the school has started a tutor kind of a thing. The smart students can give their names to teach others. Some are here to give their name to get a tutor. Basically, if you want to teach someone or get taught by someone, you can give your name.' He replies.
'Ohkay Thank you' I reply back.
I am probably not going to do it.

'Okay Everyone.I hope you've understood this chapter.I will be taking a test for the same on Wednesday.Come prepared.' said the teacher as she was about to leave the class.
'Santa, Can you come here for a minute?' she says.
Santa : Yes ma'am?
Teacher : Did you check the board in the hallway? The one where students can give their names to volunteer to teach?
Santa : Yes ma'am, I saw it.
Teacher : I saw that you didn't give your name there? Why? I highly suggest you to do it.
Santa : Ok ma'am, I will think about it.
Teacher : You have to. I've already given your name. The first session is today at 3: 30 p.m in the library.

I litrally want to smack the teacher's face right now instead I reply 'Ok ma'am thank you. Whom is my session with?'
I hear someone shout 'Me!' from my back.
I look behind to see the guy who is the last person on Earth I expected it to be.
It's Perth.

PERTH

Santa : So, What do you want me to teach?
Perth : Any subject you want. I'm weak in all.
Santa : Umm... I think we should start with Maths. The teacher is going to take a test for the same on Wednesday anyway.
Perth : Okay...I am good with anything.
Santa : So this chapter introduces us with concept of cylinders, cones...-

He looks so nice when he teaches me. It's like I've never looked at Santa this closely. He was litrally forever in front of me.
Always. In my class. Since 9 years. Should I start caring about him more or something?
Santa : Perth!
Perth : Alai?! Why are you shouting?
Santa : You are staring at me since a few minutes. Why?
Perth : Oh nothing.
Santa : Did you understand what I told you.
Perth : Oh yeah. Yes I did.
Santa : Okay I will explain further then.
Perth : Santa!
Santa : Yes?
Perth : Why did you let them bully you that day? And you have bruise marks on your face which means you were bullied again.
Santa : Do I have bruise marks?! Where?!
'Here,on your cheek' I say while pointing it out for him.
'Shia! Do you have some face powder or something? Which can hide this. I don't want my brother to know.' He replies.
So his family doesn't even know about this? Why does he let himself get bullied?
'Yes, I do and it will remove your mark in two minutes.' I reply as I take some face cream out of my bag and hand it over to him.
I look at him struggle to get the cream out. I take it from his hand and take some on mine.
'Let me do it' I say.
I put the cream on his face slowly. His face is so soft. And warm. It feels so good, with my hand like this.
Another thing I don't understand is why is my heart beating so fast? It is litrally running. 
'Are you done?' He asks me.
'Oh yeah, I am'

'Shia! Why is it raining again?! How will I go home?!' He says.
'Do you want me to drop you? My friends are busy anyway.' I reply.
'No, it's fine. I will call my brother'

Long story short. Apparently his brother rejects him so he goes to the bus stop because he does not want to give me trouble.
So I am going home myself.

AOU

Aou : Thank you so much Friend for helping me out with this.
Boom : Oh no worries. If you want to understand something else also later, tell me okay?
Aou : Ofcourse I will.

Just then we hear footsteps coming upstairs.
'It must be Santa' I think.
And yes I am right. He comes up.
Completely drenched in water.
Aou : Santa! Why do you look like that?!
Santa : I wouldn't be. If you had come to pick me up from school. Its raining so badly outside and I had to take a bus. Let me tell you the bus stop is like a mile away from here and-
Aou : Okay okay! I understand. Khotodna khap!!
Santa : Anyway P'Boom, What are you doing here?
Boom : Aou had been missing alot of lessons in class. He was busy because of the sports day event. So he asked me to teach him what all we had done in the week.
Santa : Ohkay I get it. I wish you good luck, both of you! For tomorrow's sports day.
Boom : I've not even taken part in the sports day!
Santa : Well then I'll wish you luck for the preparation and everything.
Boom : Anyway Aou, I will we getting home na! See you tomorrow, good luck!

THE NEXT DAY

'Boom, Boom I'm very worried! How will I win the game?! Silver Stars are litrally so strong!' Film says.
'Oh really, huh? Why did you choose to take part in Tennis then?' I reply.
Film : Come on! My girlfriend was taking part. Ofcourse I had to take part in this too!
Aou : Then trust her too, she will make you win
Film : Aou , you are on the opposite team then why are you helping me?!
Aou : Come on Film. We are friends. Does that even matter in friendship, huh?

'Phi' Aou , Phi' Film I wish you good luck for today na! I promise to watch your whole event today!' says Santa who comes running to me.
'Don't you have your school Santa?' says Film.
'Come on! Can't I take a single leave?!' says Santa.

'Film! Santa! Aou! Come here! The event is starting. The first game is of Basketball.
'Ohkay, everyone I am going now. Don't forget to support me!' I say while running to the court.

BOOM

The game is about to start.
Golden Light gets the ball first as they won the toss. There will be three rounds of  three minutes each.
'Start!' The refree shouts.
One of the player of Golden Light runs to throw the ball in the basket however is blocked by Aou who takes the ball from him and throws it instead. The whole court is filled with sounds of audience cheering for both the teams.
Both the teams are playing equally good and the scores are nearly the same.
12 for Golden Light . 13 for Silver Stars.
Just as a member of Silver Stars is about to throw the ball the round ends.
Woah that was quick.

In the second round Golden Light is leading with 15 to 14 of Silver Stars.
One of the player of Silver Stars passes the ball to Aou and just as he is about to throw it in the basket, Someone pushes him and snatches that from him.
It's clear cheating but the no one stops them.
The second round ends too with the victory of Golden Lights.
It's the last round and Aou is hurt badly with what the player of the other team did.
Gun and Louis do go to the judges to tell them this but they don't listen.

The third round starts and in just a few seconds Golden Light is leading the game with 4 to 2.
However Silver Stars take over quickly and both the teams are equally good now.
This is the last round that will decide the winner.
In the last five seconds of the ball is passed to a player of Golden Light and he...!!
