"Soooo." Frank was walking back and forth the living room, arms folded while I sit on the couch watching him and Sandy is making coffee in my kitchen.
"Yeah, that was Allen." I answered immediately.
"He's something." Sandy commented as she sit beside me and gave me my cup of coffee.
"He's drunk." I replied.
"He looks sexy to me." Frank said. So much for having a gay friend. We all look at each other and suddenly begun laughing.
"That was unexpected! And sweet! I envy you!" Frank said happily grinning.
"Yeah you go girl!" Sandy was fixing my hair.
"Is it wrong if I liked him that fast?" I ask.
"What's wrong with that? Think about it Hansel! What happened between you and Dylan was just a fantastic nightmare. You don't have to move on whatsoever because he's not real. Allen is! So grab it. Don't waste your time thinking about him anymore! Four years is long enough." Frank sounded like a big brother.
"Hey! Hey! Let's not blame him alone! I mean they are together in that thing you know." Sandy took a sip of her coffee.
"Granted that's true. The important thing is, she finally let go! Who knows, that's the only thing left to do right?" Frank knelt in front of me.
"Hey girl! I believe in you. You can start again. This time better, more sincere and with a peace of mind. You know like a genuine happiness so please try to refrain yourself from feeling guilty or sad. Allen looks like he's serious about you." Frank looked straight into my eyes. I glanced at Sandy. She was smiling as well.
They hugged me and I felt like everything feels fine. Im glad I've never lost them.
They asked me to change my clothes and we'll spend the whole day shopping. I took a shower and put on my baby pink loose tank top, blue trousers and my black Dr. Martens shoes. Sandy curled my hair and put on a light make up giving emphasis on my eyes. She also put a honeydew contact lenses. I sent Allen a quick message with my new number telling him I'm going to go shopping with my friends. After lunch, I called up Lily and told her that I'll be working in a week and that my vacation got canceled. We were done with our bonding when I received a BBM from Allen.
Allen: Hey. Im having an IV infusion right now. No worries but I think I can't see you today.
Hansel: what? why? what happened?
Allen: Wait let me ask sager to call you.I waited for the call and a minute later he did. I answered it on the very first ring.
"Whats wrong?" I can't believe I was sick worried.
"Hey, it's his friend Sager. He suffered from hypoglycemia and dehydration, you know from vomiting all day." He explained.
"You're a doctor?" I asked.
"I wish, but no. Im a nurse. You'll drop by now?" He asked.
I heard Allen's voice shouting, "No asshole! Don't tell her to come! Give me back my phone!"
"Yeah, I will. See you." I answered and hanged up the phone.
Allen texted me which hospital he's in and half an hour later, I was in front of him in the emergency room. I bought pizza and soda for Sager and I bought him fruits.
"Hey, why does he gets the pizza?" He asked me after I put a grape in his mouth.
"Ask yourself toddler." I answered and sat on his bed. He looks okay to me although he's a little pale.
"Thanks for this Hansel. I gotta say, I like you already." Sager is starting on his second slice.
"Dude! Careful with words!" Allen said after swallowing the grape. I put another one.
