Leon
Maybe, maybe it's the stone. It's giving memories of the past elements, to help me in my quest. I just don't know. I'm so weird, why? "The stone, it gives us memories." Andrew said. "Well, the golden curse, you said something about Maiyoa cursing Kia to turn into gold right?" Lea asked. Amdrew nodded. "We find Maiyoa, kill her. That's the only way of freeing Kia." I said. "Well, let's do this then."Why can't we travel by air?" Jasper asked. "Because, I haven't had time to look around and figure out how to make this ship fly." Andrew sighed. Jasper blew his brown hair out of his face. "Can't you do it faster?" Jasper asked, like a little boy. "No." I simply said. He got up from his chair and mumbled something about going for a fly. Whatever that meant.
Anyways, I decided to go look around, after all, I'm getting tired of the sea. Surprisingly, it wasn't hard to learn how to make it fly, all I needed to do was to re-wire the system, and push a few buttons. Maybe more than a few. It took about five minutes. Surprised? Yeah, me too. The ship was slowly floating up from the sea. I can hear Japser shouting finally. Same old.
Sometimes, I wonder if I'll ever get use to these people, but now, yeah I think I can. I walked out of the engine room and was greeted by a totally freaked out Caroline. "Leon, what in the world did you do?!" She shouted in my face, she was grabbing onto the railing like it was her lifeline. "Oh you know, I just re-wired the system and pushed a few buttons. To make it fly." I explained.
"You what the system?!" Andrew screamed, he wasn't the type to actually freak out. "I re-wired it?" I replied. "Why did you even touch the system." Lea said, facepalming. "What, don't trust me?" I asked. "Not that but...the last time you touched something mechanical, you turned a hair dryer into a fan." Lea said with a poker face. I blinked, everyone stared at me.
"What?" I asked, getting annoyed. "You modified a hair dryer, into a fan." Andrew repeated. "Uh, yeah." I replied. "Okay..." Caroline started, "I'm done." Caroline put up both her hands in a surrender position and walked away. "Well that went well..." I mumbled. "Thanks a lot Lea, by bringing that up, I didn't know what a hair dryer was okay, I was five." I said. Lea just shrugged. "The fact that you were five made things even weirder." Jasper pointed out. With a frustrated sigh I walked to my room.
I looked at the bookshelf, maybe there is a book about the golden curse. I stood up and walked over. "Tales of curses..." I mumbled to myself. I pulled the book out and looked at the contents. "Dragons blade...nope... heart of glass...nope... enchanted ccatacombs... no... the golden curse...found it." I murmured. I flipped to the page and read it. Wow, how classic. Maiyoa again, geez she needs to stop trying to kill everything.
I heard a knock on the door, I ignored it. I was too busy thinking about Kia and Maiyoa to actually care. Until I heard someone from outside say dumb brother. That's when I realized that it was Lea. Ugh, seriously now? Eh, she knows how to pick locks. I picked out another book it was about Kia's adventures. "The fued, Kia is immortal. Hm. Maiyoa is immortal. Hm. Fued. They fight all the time. Oh, I see where this goes..." I talked to myself. Okay, when you grow up in a awfully big mansion with a few occupants you tend to talk to yourself.
"Idiotic Leon, did you really have to make me pick the lock, when you are just sitting here reading a damn book?!" Lea eyed me. "What, I learned a lot from reading okay." I replied. "See, that's why you need to read books people." Andrew said. "Ugh, please don't even go there." Caroline put up her hand in front of Andrew's face. The window opened, I looked towards it. A gust of wind swept over me. Find the walls, make your mark, free the curse before legacy march. The winds urged silently. Legacy march. Great another thing to look up.
