Lea
Okay, that was my brothers scary side. Weird how Jasper is acting as if one of his close relatives died. Oh wait, maybe it did. "Hey Jas, did someone die?" I asked. Leon shot me a look. Like I did something wrong. Jasper winced. Oops, maybe I did. "Lo siento mucho Jasper! Soy tan idiota !" I exclaimed.

"You know, he doesn't understand you right?" Leon said plainly while the others gave me weird looks. I gave Leon my just shut up face and continued walking ahead. "What she meant was, she is sorry and she's an idiot for asking." Leon helped translate. "Yeah, I pretty much guess that part, ya know the idiot part." Caroline said. I saw something moving in the corners. Shadow wolves. I cursed.

"What is it Lea?" Raquel asked calmly. "Shadow wolves." Immediately after I said that the wolves sprung to life aware that their cover was blown. I flicked my wrists and my daggers flung out.

Leon
I felt my eyes get warmer and warmer, soon they were burning. I stared at a shadow wolf, it dropped to the floor and it disintegrated. Raquel was gaping at me, Andrew dropped his sword, Glen killed the last wolf and looked at me funny. Gwen looked uneasy, Caroline looked confused and Lea...well let's just say she looked angry. "Did you put contact lenses?" Jasper asked stupidly.

Caroline wacked his head, that must've hurt. "How, what, what?!" Andrew gaped. Raquel was opening and closing her mouth like a fish, which looked kinda cute- wait, what? Andrew composed himself and managed to string a full sentences this time. "How did you manage to do...that..." Andrew asked. "What?" I asked, "Do what?"

Raquel looked at me, "You didn't know what you just did?" She asked kindly. Caroline rolled her eyes. "He just freaking vaporized a shadow wolf no biggie." Raquel winced. Caroline wasn't the best person to talk to. Lea's eyes radiated anger. She stormed towards me and grabbed my collar. "What the hell was that Leon." She said calmly. Okay she just went calm anger on me. That's the worst.

I knew she wouldn't take 'don't know' for an answer so I tried the act dumb method. "I don't really understand wh-" I was cut off my the burning in my eyes. "Argh!" I groaned. My hands shot up to my head and I heard someone calling out to me, but I couldn't make out the words. Darkness surrounded me and I couldn't feel anything.

"Guy's, he's awake." I knew that voice, but who... "People need to stop fainting." Another voice complained. "Shut up Caroline." I know this one, Lea. I groaned and tried sitting up. "No, no! Don't sit up!" Exclaimed the first voice...was it...Raquel? She pushed me back down lightly.

"What happened..." I asked, as I slowly got back my ability to see. "Your eyes were golden and then you blacked out, and now your eyes are brown. Again." Caroline explained simply. "Oh..." I trailed off, the burning behind my eyes was gone.

"You do know what that was right..." Raquel started carefully. I shook my head. Raquel looked uneasy. "You've just been claimed worthy." She frowned a little. "Now you can use the Everlast." She whispered. "Ever what?" I asked, questions swirled my mind a faint headache pounded.

"Okay, not liking this new power thing..." I mumbled. Raquel gently tilted my head up and poured something into my mouth. It tasted like honey and chamomile. "What's that?" I asked. "Just some syrup, helps with inflammation and headaches." Raquel explained. Sure is good to have a medic on the team.

"We should set up camp, then continue tomorrow morning." Andrew stated. We reached some weird forest place. "Continue to where?" Caroline asked. Andrew's face was grim, "To the cavern of dreams." Jasper looked confused. "Why is there a forest, amd a cavern in the walls of gold?" Andrew sighed. "No one knows, it's just part of it and this place is magical in bad way, created by all the evil villains and all that."

"What did I even sign up for?" Glen asked, that kid and his sister never really talked, I guess they still don't trust us. "You signed up for a long quest that consists of life and death situations." Lea said casually. Recently, Lea has changed a lot. Like she used to never speak up but now...she's more of a leader than I am, the glue of the group. I guess this is what they mean by there's more than meets the eye.

We set up a few tents and took turns to keep watch. I volunteered as first watch but Raquel forced me to rest and my annoying twin too, can't fight with two stubborn ladies so I reluctantly went into the tent and lay on my back and tried to fall asleep. I was about to give up when Raquel's head peeked in. "I figured you won't be able to sleep." She said.

"How?" I questioned. "Well, after all that's happened today, how can one even sleep peacefully?" She said. "True." I agreed. "Here drink this." Raquel said, taking out a small vial of yellow stuff. "What's that?" I asked. Raquel smiled, she already took a seat beside me. "It's made out of the essence of the petals of the glowsten Flowers. My favourite flower you know." I nodded, "Interesting, you gotta show me some day." Raquel's smile widened. Maybe, just maybe I might be falling for her...
