"Sorry everyone, but let's get this meeting going." Dom says as he enters the meeting room.

"Alright guys, we are three days from the launch of shuttle Arkamite," states the man standing at the head of the table next to the hologram of the ship, "as we all know these ship that will be arriving have shown many changes in speed to keep their intercept course with our current location. This goes to show that project Ghost has indeed found and brought intelligent life. But what we don't know is how they will react to our species. I'll turn this meeting over to Blake, head of security." As the engineer sit down Blake gets up, waving the guard in the corner. The guard presses a button on the side of the crate he is standing next to and holds onto the handle as it rises up off the ground, pushing it over to Blake who is now at the end of the table.

"As we all know, I really like my guns." Blake says with a smile on his face. Everyone chuckles as he continues, "but let's face reality. We have no idea if these 'beings' as I shall call them, come with or without peaceful intention. So," as he reaches in to the floating crate, " This is the mini version of the XR-1D, a rail cannon that fires a micro nuke at about, oh 5k mph." He says holding up the rectangular metal box. He finishes and put it away to pull out another gun which looks like one of those old 90's Ray guns, "Now this is just what is looks like, a hydrolazer powered cutter it allows the focal point to be adjusted to 5feet away, and cuts right through shielding and all known metals."

He proceeds to press another button on the crate and a solid block of titanium floats out. "This block of diamond enriched titanium is 2 feet by 2 feet." He straps on a visor and pulls the trigger. Twelve labor beams come out and a pure white flame erupts from the point of the cutter. With a quick flick of his wrist the block is sliced in two. Letting to Ray guns floating next to the block half," well that's all I have to offer. I highly recommend we take these on the mission as a last resort. Director, the floor is yours."

He quickly bows and waves the guard over to take the crate away. Everyone turns to look at the other end of the table, a woman, mid twenties, white dyed hair, looks up from her phone, "As my mother once told me, the decision of one should be cohesive with the decisions of ones most trusted advisors. So I shall hear each councilman's opinion on the matter before continuing. Dominick I will start with you."

Dom stands from his seat, "Thank you Director. For me the matter is one based on ethics...."
