I woke up feeling warm arms around my waist, i cuddle into them until i realise who the arms belong too. "WHAT THE FUCK, WHY ARE YOU CUDDLING ME!" I yell

" calm down angel, your gonna wake the whole camp"

" fine but why were your arms around me!" I say with an angry face, i realised Colby looks like he is getting more pissed as well, i guess his happy mood is gone.

" i dont know! It just happened in my sleep!"

UGHHH, whatever!" I yell at him. I walk over to my bag and grab black skinny jeans, a white -shirt and some white shoes. I go into the small bathroom that connects to the cabin. I turn on the shower and strip while i wait for the water to warm up, i get in after a couple minutes and feel the hot water run down my back. I get out and put on my clothes, i walk back into the room and see Colby dressed in all black, lying on the bed, fuck he is so ho- why the fuck did i just think that?!!. Ok just forget about it Sam, i think to myself. " emo" i say in a bitchy voice.

" fuck whit" he says back

I check the time on my phone and see its time to go to breakfast, "come on we have to go eat"

"Comin" he says

I walk out the door and to the hall where we eat, i go in and see Corey, Tara and Aron sitting together, i sit down next to them " hey guys"

" hi" they all say at the same time

"How was your night with Colby?" Aron asks

" it was absolute shit,! They only gave us one bed and we had to sleep together!" I dont tell them about this morning and how i chose to sleep with him.

" eewwww that's festy" Corey says

" i know it was disgusting!" I dont mean it but i dont know why i keep having thoughts about him, i look over to where he was sitting. He turns away from me quickly with a sad look on his face, i think he heard me but i dont know why he cares so much or why im feeling so bad about what i said. I finish eating and walk outside where everybody is gathering, i see a teacher in the middle of the group of teachers.

" alright students, the first thing we are doing today is canoeing on the big lake down the path and snorkeling on the other side of the lake" she says " but first we will have to sort you into 2 groups, so group 1 is Corey, Jenny, Danny, Jessica, Aron, Gemma, peter, Tara and Cleo and the second group is Claire, Colby, Isabel, Jake, Luka, Ollie, Sam, lacy and Zoe.

fucking hell why do i always get paired with Colby and never my friends.

"Group 1 will be doing snorkeling first and Group 2 you will be canoeing"

We all start walking towards the lake, group one starts heading to the farthest side of the lake while we stay here.

" everybody my name is Nikki and i will be wit you all week, you can all grab a life jacket from in there" she points to a shed, " and the canoes are already on the shore."

I grb a red life jacket and go to the shore.

" you can all pick a canoe and ill show you how to use it" Nikki says

I pick a blue canoe and stand next to it, i pick up the paddle that's sitting on top of it.

Nikki grabs he own canoe and paddles out into the lake " ok everybody so you gonna wanna push it into the water a little bit and then go feet first and sit in the canoe," she waits for everybody to follow her instructions, " then grab your paddle and push yourself out into the water."

We all do what she says and paddle out into the lake.

" ok know you can all get used to it and practice goin fast, in different directions and pretty much whatever you want, just dont go near the other group."

I star just paddling by myself because i have no friends in this group, i start paddling faster and almost get stuck in the reeds, i hear someone laughing so I turn around and see Colby and Claire laughing at me, but when Colby was laughing i notice he was kinda going sideways and the next second he is in the water with his canoe upside down "HAAHA sucked in Colby!" I yell at him

"Shutup!" He says pissed and Claire gives me a dirty look and the flirts with Colby.

" dont worry colbs you look hot with wet hair" Claire says

For some reason i get a bit jealous of her. Colby gets back into the canoe and paddles over to me

" hey angel do you wanna race me to that big rock?" Colby asks me

"sure, if your ready to loose, 3...2.. he starts a bit early, " HEY!" I yell and start paddling as fast as i can. I almost catch up but then a rock flys past my head, i look around and see Claire smirking, i catch up to Colby who is already at the rock, " you won in the lake" i say " but lol beat you in the woods" i whisper.

" bet" he says.

Later:

We are now having lunch so i meet back up with my friends and we it down. "How was snorkeling?" I ask all 3 of them. 

"It was SO funny, i saw a MAsSIVE fish and squealed, then Corey started laughing at me so i punched him in the arm, then he got scared by the cutest little turtle and he squealed louder and higher pitched than me!" Tara says 

"Yeah, whatever" Corey says a little bit embarrassed.

"Anyways how was the canoeing ?"

"Not great, i was trying to beat Colby in a race a Claire threw a rock at my head to stop me from winning."

"That little bitch!" Tara says, 

"I don't know what her problem is though!"

"Yeah, guess we'll never know."
