5 in the morning Jacob got up and got dressed, it was still dark so he jumped out of the container heading towards the address he found on his phone. "turn right" the phone chirped from his pocket as Jacob jumped from roof to roof over the streets, following the navigation. He leapt off a tattoo parlour, "you have reached your destination" said the phone when he landed in the deserted carpark behind it, leaving a small crater where he landed. He walked around the side where he spotted a door in the side of the tattoo parlour, with a number 1576 the same number which was on the card. He tried to open the door but it was locked, "I'm not knocking so he can get ready for me" Jacob said to himself as he was reminded that this could be a trap. He grabbed the handle of the door as he concentrated and the handle melted down and he pushed the door open, making a gun with his hand and blowing the smoke of it. He opened the door to see stairs leading down, with a old flickering light at the end. He slowly walked down the steps trying to not make any sounds, and he reached the door silently and tried to open it finding that this one was locked with a keypad with numbers. "No way I can burn through that" Jacob thought as he leaned against the wall with another idea in mind, he found a small crack in the side of the door and peeked through it seeing a large open room on the other side. He concentrated on the middle of the room and with a blink he was there stumbling into the centre of the room as he looked around. The room was full of computers and TVs, to the left a white board hang with pictures of Jacob and sticky notes asking questions. Jacob passed the computers walking over to the white board feeling the cold damp air, as fear tightened his stomach as he saw the questions. "Who's is he?" "What else can he do?" "Should I approach?", Jacob looked at the various pictures of him held by magnets on the white board. Jacobs breath quickened as he saw a picture of his cargo container circled with a read marker, he heard a sound behind him and spun around alert and ready to fight. He saw a small chubby middle aged man looking at him, he had a small goatee and a long nose he reminded Jacob of a rat. "I don't mean harm" he said as Jacob disappeared from view landing behind a stack of boxes in the corner of the room, "I know your here" the man said surprising Jacob with his confidence "you can only teleport to where you see". Jacob landed behind him as the man heard and turned around, he wore glasses and had a lazy eye. "What do you want with me?" Jacob asked his tall figure towering over the man, the man looked at him as if calculating his thoughts.
"I can help you"
"You let them shoot that girl" Jacob growled anger returning to him.
"That wasn't me" said the man turning around and walking over to a desk filled with monitors and computers and he sat in an old office wheely chair and rolled over to him. "That was a friend I don't go out in public".
"Why?" Jacob said looking down at the man.
The strange man laughed, his double chin wobbling "isn't it obvious?" He said  "because your life is more important than hers".
"Why?"
"Because you can change this city" the man said standing up and putting a hand on his shoulder "for the good".
Jacob brushed his hand off considering this mans offer, "how can you help me?"
"I'll be glad to show you" the man said extending his hand "first of all my name is professor Karvinski and I will do anything I can to help you"
Jacob shook his hand cautiously, "let us begin" professor Karvinski  said walking to his office pushing the table to the side of the room clearing a large space. "You ready?" Karvinski smiled.
"For what?" Jacob asked getting scared
"This" the professor says as the lights go off.
