"Kaisa laga surprise Abhay?" Rishi asked excitedly, his eyes sparkling with anticipation. He had been planning a special surprise for Abhay's birthday, and was discussing the details with Abhi and Ruhi....and when Ruhi suggested inviting Dr. Dheeraj Agnihotri...he was thrilled.... Dheeraj was more than just a known person to Abhay; he was a mentor, a confidant, and almost like a father figure. Abhay had always admired and respected him, second only to his mother, Anupriya.

Rishi was thrilled with the idea and instantly agreed to call Dheeraj and invite him to the surprise party. And as luck would have it, Dheeraj was already in India, a rare occurrence whenever Abhay was around. Abhay's mind was racing with memories of Dheeraj, memories that were bittersweet. Dheeraj was the person who had held him, supported him, and guided him, but he was also the person who had hidden the truth about Anupriya's failing health from him.

The memory of that day still haunted Abhay, the day he had fought with Dheeraj, the one person he respected and loved like a father. The pain and anger he had felt then still lingered, but as he heard Dheeraj's voice, his heart skipped a beat. "Abhiiiiii!" Dheeraj called out, his voice warm and familiar. Abhay's lips curled into a smile, a smile that only Dheeraj could elicit from him.

"Seene se nhi lagega mere," Dheeraj said, spreading his arms wide in a warm welcome. Abhay's eyes locked onto Dheeraj's, and he slowly walked towards him, his heart heavy with emotions. Dheeraj's eyes were filled with concern and love, and Abhay could sense the depth of his emotions. "Aaja," Dheeraj called out, his voice soft and gentle.

Abhay's eyes never left Dheeraj's as he walked towards him, his heart pounding in his chest....

As he reached Dheeraj, he whispered, his voice barely audible, "DD Uncle." Dheeraj's arms enveloped him in a warm hug, and Abhay felt a lump form in his throat as he felt the warmth...

"Mujhe Ruhi ne sab bata diya hai," Dheeraj whispered, his voice barely audible, but Abhay's ears picked up every word. Abhay's eyes widened in alarm, and he grasped Dheeraj's arm, his grip tight. "Please kuch mat boliyega...kisi ko nahi pata hai iss baarein mein," Abhay whispered back, his voice laced with desperation.

Dheeraj's eyes filled with concern and sadness as he looked at Abhay. "Tu ye theek nahi kar raha hai Abhiii," he whispered, his voice cracking with emotion. Dheeraj had never had any children of his own, but Abhay was like a son to him. He had watched Abhay grow up, had guided him, supported him, and loved him like his own. And now, seeing the child he loved with all his being playing with his own life, was heartbreaking for Dheeraj.

He felt a lump form in his throat as he looked at Abhay, his eyes welling up with tears. He wanted to scream, to shout, to beg Abhay to take care of himself, to fight for his life. But he knew he had to be strong, for Abhay's sake. He took a deep breath, composing himself, and looked at Abhay with a determined gaze. "We will get through this, Abhiii," he whispered, his voice firm and resolute. "Together, we will fight this..."

"Ye aacha hai na...Abhay ko dekhte hi hum sab ko bhool jaate ho aap DD Uncle," Rishi pouted, his voice laced with mock annoyance. Abhay shook his head and Dheeraj teased him, "Stop cribbing Rishi," but Rishi just shrugged his shoulders, a smile still playing on his lips.

Abhay looked at Dheeraj, and he nodded, knowing glint in his eye. He knew how to convince Abhay, but his arrival was for something more. He needed to confront Harsh now, to face the truth and stop hiding in the guilt and pain. He had been running for too long, and it was time to stop.
